Ken's has helped with general maintenance and repair on our cars ranging from an old Ford Ranger to a new Audi A5--always ensuring they actually identify and solve problems before returning the vehicle and always being reasonable with their prices and great with their communication. They make the whole process easy and, bonus, never make me feel ridiculous for using sound effects to try to explain what's wrong with my car. The key is the excellent customer service. For example, one day while I was waiting for my auto inspection, a person came into Shavney Auto re: a warning light that popped up on her dashboard. Apparently, she just needed her car's tires to be filled with air. Mike Shavney filled up the tires in a few minutes and didn't charge her. Although this event took place a few years ago, it stuck in my mind ever since. From basic oil changes to brakes, tire replacements, and tire repairs, I have been going to this trusted service center for years and I've explained to my kids that when they get older, securing a trusted auto shop is key to maintain a safe auto for their future families.
