Since I wasn't sure as to the reason at that time and the overflow had stopped, I cleaned it up and moved on. Shortly after that my wife noticed the iron stains returning. I called NH Water Care to notify them of an issue. A few days later they came out to check it out. The service tech came out, reviewed the settings and advised us that either a board was bad or the prior tech reversed the flush cycle and the rinse cycle. As well as replacing some other parts that had just been put in by them. They billed us full charge. After watching the filter for 30 days, the issues no longer appeared. I requested to speak with the owner about the billing for what appeared to be an error by the original tech and/or the parts. After 2 weeks no response was received. Still no response after another call and week. I paid the bill today. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I thought I'd made the right choice buying the filter. I still do, in the product. We've had no issues with the board so you do the math.... Either way the "no response customer service speaks volumes.

It's one thing to do a good job initially but the consistency and excellence in their follow up and customer service is even more impressive. Found out on a Friday morning that I had no water coming from the well at my home. I called around…read moreand came across Skillings & Sons. I was able to set up service same day. The guys were prompt and efficient in diagnosing my issues with my well. Thank you, Kyle and Caleb, for doing so. My issues turns out that I wasn't getting the proper voltage from my house to the pump. Kyle and Caleb suggestion was to have the well pump rewired from the house to the pump. It was completely needed. Day 2: I had the electrician out and did an outstanding job getting this completed in a timely fashion however, it turns out that with the proper voltage supplied to the pump the pump was old and fried out. Day 3: Called Skillings & Sons again to come out and replace the pump. I had scheduled a 2:00 PM appointment as it was the soonest available. Great to find out the morning of Skillings & Sons Technician's finished a job earlier than expected so I got a call that they can arrive earlier to replace my pump. Technician's Kyle and Jason came in to replace the pump. Extremely professional kind and courteous were the technicians on both trips to my house. They completed the job in 3.5 to 4 hours and i was given specific instructions on how to get my water back to normal. All I can say is that I would Highly recommend Skillings & Sons. We had a lighting strike near our house a day ago and then our water was full of sediment. My…read morehusband was running the water and the pump start to sputter. I called Aqua Specialties and left a message on thier answering machine. I got a call back that and Chris came over to see what was wrong. He found our pump had been turn off and switched the circret breaker on for the pump. ( my husband thought he was truning the hot water tank off) The pump came back on and it worked fine. Chris then went out side to see the water run and it was still murky. He said let it run for 20 mins on and 20 mins off to clean the sediment out. He was very nice to come over after not expecting a call back until Mondy because I did not call for emerancey call.
