Marie was so friendly to talk to during our first meeting together as well as the final meeting the week of our wedding to confirm the details and to make sure they'd capture all the moments that were important to us. A small detail but something I'll always remember was how cool Marie looked in her all black outfit with earpiece in place, almost like she was our secret service. She made Eric and the groomsmen feel so at ease when capturing footage of them while they were getting ready and got great footage of our cocktail area and reception room. Encor previously shot engagement & wedding photo's for my brother-in-law's and the pictures came out absolutely wonderful, so we decided to also go with them for our engagement and wedding photography needs. On our wedding day we were worried as heavy rains were forecasted. The team did a great job of scouting out the area and giving us plan B's and plan C's in case we needed alt shooting locations. The photographers were so creative with different lighting effects and camera angles despite not being familiar with the new wedding venue we chose. After watching every single video posted on their website, which were all beautifully shot, my husband and I were convinced ESC media would best capture the essence of our love and our wedding day. Just wow! In the first day the video was sent to us, we watched it 50 times and I watched it at least 10 times a day for the rest of that month and now at least once a month! I well up with tears of joy every time. All of our family and friends who watched the video felt moved by our story. ESC worked their magic in stringing together all the speeches and our vows into a beautiful story that captured our goofy, cheesy relationship. Our initial communication was very professional and clear. Eric was very responsive and friendly! He was also accommodating and very sincere and honest. During our first meeting, Eric disclosed to us that his colleague, Jason, will be shooting our wedding. We felt very comfortable talking to Eric and also received alot of good advice from him. He even sent us some example timelines to help us plan before we even decided to book him. He was a valuable resource in the planning process and really made sure that we felt comfortable. We met with Jason a few weeks later and really clicked. We talked about key shots and footage and felt like they really understood what we wanted to capture.
