I knew this store is expensive, and I wasn't overly concerned about price if I could get comfort and fit. As I had the complementary fitting, the lady assured me they had a bra my size with a cotton lining, however I could tell by looking at the fabric that it was not cotton, it sorta looked like cotton. Had this appeared to me an honest mistake, and had she apologized, I would have been more forgiving, but clearly didn't know, or more likely knew and didn't care. Two: Yes products are expensive, and yes the quality is reasonably good, but I got sick of hearing: 'It's European you know.' I recognize that some good quality dry goods are produced in Europe, and I know that these will be on the high end price range, but the attitude of these two ladies just made me wonder if I should be there because I don't drive a Mercedes. When one of them found a suitable bra that they could order, I did question the $150 price tag, but I will never buy from there again. I don't know what they did for sizing, but this is the most uncomfortable bra that I have. She assured me it would last forever. No question there because I only wear it when everything else is dirty, then I can't wait to get it off.

I told her i definitely wanted it and my parents were going to come back and pay for it and order it when it gets a little closer to the wedding as it was a year away. When we went back to purchase and order the dress, my dress had been DISCONTINUED and my sales person FORGOT to call me and tell me because she was NEW!! I already had table cloths, etc ordered to match my dress. Now 6 months before my wedding I have to start all over. I feel like i had "that moment" with that dress and not with the one I have now that I rushed out and ordered. They ruined my wedding experience and I feel like they ruined my wedding. I'll never forget it! How a simple mistake from an unexperienced salesperson can affect someone. Especially brides of all people. Although they did try to help out after the fact, it was much too late.
