Customer Service: Despite there being four employees working, not one of them acknowledged our presence when we walked in. We had to actively seek out help multiple times, which is not what I expected from a store that should prioritize customer service. When we finally did receive assistance, the employees seemed more interested in having a family chat among themselves than in helping us find the right shoes. We had to ask over and over again for different sizes - and when someone finally came - they simply dropped the shoes on the floor. Overall Experience: The combination of poor customer service and a disorganized store environment made for a frustrating shopping experience. I was disappointed by the staff's lack of attentiveness and the overall lack of effort to assist us in our search for shoes. I have spent a lot of money here over the years...no more! With so many other shoe stores out there that offer better service and a more welcoming atmosphere, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. He offered two shirt selections one that was a very busy pattern of pinks and reds like a water colour art work and another that was bright blue and purple ombré with a flashy pattern. We ended up going with my selection that was black, red and white that was the closest colour shade to my skirt. I was sad to be told that they didn't have any plain black shirts with pockets so that he could choose the option of a hanker chief. Unfortunately, when we returned, the salesman who helped us was not professional or polite. The salesman who helped us on our second visit was the same one who helped us when we initially bought my fiance's suit but, this time, he had a completely different personality. When we arrived, the salesman loudly commented that my fiance had "definitely gained some weight" from our last visit. Not only did he make this comment loud enough for the entire store to hear but he continued to comment on the weight my fiance had apparently gained. On their website, Rex Cox states that "customer service has always been the foundation of our business" and "that the relationships with customers were equally as important as the high-quality menswear we offered". Considering these statements, I would have thought that the salesman would have treated my fiance, who was a customer, with respect and that the salesman would have acted in a professional manner. Making frequent comments about how my fiance had "definitely gained some weight" was not only rude but it was hurtful. Needless to say my fiance and I left Rex Cox and we have no plans to ever return!
