This is a hidden gem! We had fantastic service and fantastic food. I would strongly recommend the Reeses peanut butter shake!

This location was very busy when we arrived but the staff was efficient and friendly. Our order was cooked fresh and our number was called. All four of the guys in our party thoroughly enjoyed the meals they ordered. One of the staff stopped by our table a little later to check on us and make sure everything was good. Heart-clogging goodness. So much good stuff here. Ugh I want to try it all, but I do think I'd die if I ate here more than a couple times. Service was fine, I don't remember taking issue with the restroom, food was ready quick, and the prices were appropriate. So many tempting options. Went with the fried cheese curds which were delish. This place was right along the highway so I swung in for a burger and a shake. The burger was all right pretty much like a lot of other burgers. The chocolate shake was thick, very chocolate and they throw a vanilla wafer on top. The shake was big and very delicious and the burger and large shake only put me back $ 8.99. read more

Still a newbie to this part of the country we'd never eaten at an Artic Circle before. I naively assumed they were some cheap, sub par fast food burger joint, so I avoided eating there for well over a year. Then we were passing through Soda Springs on a Sunday and we were hungry and they were pretty much the only thing open, so we went in and ordered and all my misconceptions were laid to rest. Today was not our first trip there, we've been there several times now. Today's visit has been as good as, or better than every previous visit. The service is always friendly and so accommodating. You want to sub tots for fries, no problem. You want your shake before your meal, coming right up. Love this! The food is good. Not sub par. Not meh. I mean really good. From the burgers to the fried shrimp like I had today, it's all good. The tots are crispy and perfectly cooked. Shrimp is large and crispy, good flavor, and you get five of them. Plenty of food for me when you add the tots with them which is also a generous amount. Now let's talk dessert. Their shakes. O.M.G the best! When you get one with toppings, expect toppings galore on top of the shake, but also the real surprise is all the toppings at the bottom of the shake. Amazing!!! Doesn't matter what toppings you choose, they give you a lot! And then there's the cookies. The salted caramel cookie is crisp on the edges, chewy everywhere else, with lots of caramel chunks. It is so good it gives their shakes a run for their money and come on now this is a shake place not a cookie place. It's also a really big cookie, one you can easily share, but why would you want to share it when you can keep it all to yourself. So yeah if you're driving through Soda Springs Idaho, and you're hungry or just looking for some dessert, stop at the artic circle. It's well worth it. Also note they are no longer open on Sundays. Arctic circle has the best little fish basket if you have an inexpensive taste. I don't like to spend a ton of money on food, so I love this quick little tasty treat. I get the shrimp and halibut combo with sweet potato fries. Seriously, you can't go wrong. It's not your typical gourmet feast, but it will do when you are on the road and craving some seafood. Perfect for larger families. Great prices and kid friendly. We were just passing thru so this was a great pit stop for us. Hints and Tips.... Ask for a courtesy cone for dessert. A cute little Ice cream cone for free. Your choice of soft serve flavor too. This is a smaller restaurant. If you need more space, the Arctic Circle in Montpelier (20 miles away) has a larger seating area with a kids play place too. read more

Not a fan since owners have changed food taste completely different as I remembered as a kid

Place is decent depending on who works. The boss doesn't know what she's doing, half the workers don't do anything, while the other half work theirselves half to death. If I could get in contact with the owner I would've already filed a few complaints. I can confidently say the only good thing about this place is that they at least pay the workers. read more

Always friendly and food is better than the "restaurants in town."

My boyfriend and I went in last night around 7:30pm and the small place was busy. My boyfriend is a Celiac so there for he ordered his without a bun, commonly know as paleo or low carb burger and French fries and I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. Simple right? Well not for little miss "Doe in the headlights!" And it was down hill from there.... Sat there for over 20minutes waiting for our food while patrons in after us were given there orders. When the older lady brought our food she stated " It's been sitting up there awhile so it MIGHT be cold." And it was cold and the order was incomplete to boot!! My boyfriend ate his pathetic small cold patty, the cheese was melted on the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles in a separate plastic container, cold.... my meal was cold & incomplete and I did not eat it. I asked and was given a refund on my burger. My suggestion to them, is that if you are going to be in public service learn How To Serve The Public. read more

Really, I quite enjoy the food and it is rather fast for this area. The only reoccurring problem I have found is the only problem I hoped to never have. I always get the same thing when I go there, a simple medium banana shake with nilla cookies in and on it. Not hard and I even pay extra. Not once, but twice have they completely butchered my order. The first time I got to eat nilla flavored soup ice cream because they didn't put the bananas in. The second time should have been a crime. WHO THE HELL MIXES UP A BANANA SHAKE SO TERRIBLY, THAT THEY DECIDE TO PUT FUCKING CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IN IT. I don't know how they messed up a plain ass banana shake. But the part that killed me was that there was no course of action taken to fix it. Really sucked. read more

Ordered a chocolate malt, 16 oz. Points: 1. Price too high $3.79 2. Could not taste the malt (mistake by order taker?) 3. Too thick - like silly putty. Even after ten minutes no melt sufficient to use a straw. I purchased this item to DRINK on the road. 4. Number 3 implies heavy use of an artificial thickening agent. This conclusion is backed up by no detectable vanilla ice cream flavor. 5. My belief is that the shakes and malts are phony - not made with blended milk and ice cream but rather a concoction dominated by artificial thickening agent and flavoring. I will never order a shake or malt here again. read more
