They advertise cheap coffee if you use the app but when you go in there they tell you the app isn't working.

Went in to buy a six pack and the employee had locked up the alcohol early. It was 1:58 AM. Not cool man.

The aisles were a little closer together and had a variety of offerings in each of the different categories of items on the shelves. Warm/prepared food items were available as were fresh donuts. What caught my eye on my candy-seeking pursuit was a king size pink lemonade KitKat bar. They had some other limited edition candy offerings including the Reese's medals that are on the shelves in-sync with the 2024 Summer Olympic Games (opening ceremony on Friday 26 July 2024). I was at the counter waiting to pay and noticed that particular item... While alluring, it was the KitKat I went with as the Games had yet to begin. The cashier was warm and friendly in her demeanor. Parking was located directly out front of the store and off to one side. I had difficulty seeing one patron when backing out, though fortunately he saw me, so there was no collision.

I tried to redeem my points, but they kept telling me no. I was confused about why, so I asked, and he got angry and said I didn't have enough. I know I did because the points were showing on the screen, and then he switched them to payment. When I asked again, he got even madder. So, be warned: they'll take your money and be incredibly rude.

There's a middle eastern guy around 25-30 years old who is one of the most rudest people I have…read moreever encountered. He works mostly night shifts. I've seen him a couple of times and each time he was always rude but I never thought it was enough to write a review. This happened a couple weeks ago, it was in the morning. I stepped in the store and said hello, the guy just stared at me and said nothing. I wanted to grab a buzzball. The guy followed and chased me down, and asked me in an intimidating tone what was I doing. I replied saying I wanted to buy alcohol. He scoffed and asked me multiple times if I was from the U.S or a U.S citizen... like what does that have anything to do with me buying a buzzball? I was dumbfounded, I didn't know what he meant. He also got super close to me, which I had to take a few steps back because he was making me nervous. To be fair it was early in the morning and I didn't know there was a certain time you could or couldn't buy alcohol. But I honestly didn't know, I just turned 21 last year. The fact that him, being a brown person asking another brown person if they're from the U.S. It's unbelievable and hilarious. There was a completely different and better way to handle this situation, I wasn't rude at all. So I don't understand why I was treated the way I was treated here. If he would've just said 'hey, we can't sell you that until X o' clock .' I would've been cool and come back at a different time. Train your employees to have better customer service and educate them that people CAN be a U.S citizen and make a stupid honest mistake like I did. Instead of making ignorant and racist remarks. This used to be my go-to gas station for snacks and gas. But time after time again they never disappoint in making you feel like snot.

I have never had a negative experience here, except sometimes around 10:30-noonish there will be a man looking at the garbage which is a tad bit out of the usual but a flex. Prices are great, and I find any Arco in the area (Lynnwood/ MLT/ Mukilteo) to be cleaner and feel safer we than most gas stations, and all of them are usually the cheapest which is great. I've never had a line longer than 2 people inside.
