I was one bad interaction away from becoming a cautionary tale. Then I met Miguel. Miguel didn't just help me. Miguel saved me. He looked at me with the quiet confidence of a man who has stared into the void and told it to sit down. He was funny. He was sharp. He moved through that gas station like he owned the concept of customer service itself. Every joke landed. Every gesture felt intentional. I somehow left feeling like I'd just spent an afternoon at a five-star resort instead of a gas station off the side of the road. I do not say this lightly: Miguel changed the trajectory of my evening, and possibly my life. I walked in ready to disappear. I walked out laughing, lighter, and weirdly grateful to be alive. That is not normal gas station behavior. That is divine intervention wearing a polo shirt. There is no higher form of customer service. There is only Miguel. The rest of humanity is playing for second place. Miguel, if you ever read this: I love you. In a completely normal, non-threatening, "you restored my faith in people" kind of way. Thank you for existing.

So i return to my car and magically he goes to the door and then removes the sign. I left. I don't want to give my money to businesses who have employees who don't follow business protocol or keep the door locked beyond the time stated on the door and your clearly just standing there.

I had about six items to carry out, and she didn't offer a bag either. When I asked for a plastic bag, instead of simply helping me, she gave me an attitude and told me it would be 30 cents. I understand that there may be a charge for bags, but it was the way the situation was handled that was disappointing. A simple greeting, a little courtesy, and a friendly attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be in a hurry to return.

You can never go wrong at a Costco gas station when you're a member. It's bright, safe and overall the best experience for a gas station. They have indicator if a pumping station is open and a lot of room to get in between cars. You can always get a receipt after filling up your car, never once did I experience where my receipt didn't print. There no bathroom here or snacks here so be aware of that. This is basically just to fill up your car with gas. If you come later in the day then expect a line and wait. They also don't police like if someone cut in line that much like at any location but I think for the most part, people don't cut each other off. They also don't take cash so it's card only

When the line gets long, the traffic backs up into the intersection, which people commonly clog up. Nothing to complain about pricing-wise or service, the employees are always kind and willing to help. There are trashcans alongside some pumps. Wish that the employees would do some traffic control during busier hours though! People will wait for "easier" pumps to be available because they don't want to parallel park, which makes the traffic congestion worse! This would help with the intersection not clogging up as well... If you don't mind the dirty stares, you can bypass the intersection congestion by pulling through the McDonald's "cut" into line.

Haven't noticed any damage yet, so I guess that's good…read more So you literally drive your car into this garage and the machine runs up and down the length of your car to do its thing. I must say I was a little hesitant about getting it done here because it looks a bit sketch but I was just looking for a basic wash to get rid of the road debris and dust buildup from the past couple quarantine weeks, so expectations weren't high. I pulled up and selected my wash from options ranging from $8-$10, plugged my card in and it shot out a receipt. The lights then instruct you to pull forward and stop and the wash moves around your car. The dry wasn't too bad although the side view mirrors don't get much love and still ended up with water spots but that's what you expect when there isn't a hand dry present anyway. Not a bad option if you want a basic, no frills exterior wash.

The guy at the counter was about to ring me up for $9.00, but my honesty got the better of me and I said I went for the $12.00 wash special as was advertised. So he rung me up for that instead, and when I asked him what the difference was between the services he mumbled something unintelligible. Come to find after reading other reviews on here that the $9.00 service is the same damn thing (wash, vacuum, and wipe down). So, all in all, not bad. I'd just have to remember to just throw down $9.00 next time and be firm about it.

They had 3 price options and we opted for the middle one ($9.99). First of, this is a drive thru car wash but someone will have to guide you to get to the right spot so the machine can pull your car. Before that, they power wash your car and wheels so get rid of dust and dirt. They will also spray it with soap and scrub the spots that the deemed necessary (dirt,etc.). Then you go through the car wash with more soap and scrub. Then it'll dry it with those powerful driers. Then once you drive off, they will hand dry your car as well... That's not where it stops. The thing that went above and beyond was when an employee, May, started hand drying our car but saw a couple spots that were still dirty. So he was not satisfied with the work and asked us to turn back around and re-do it. He, himself, actually came back to scrub off the areas where he saw needed more attention. He just kept on scrubbing until he was satisfied .... WHO DOES THAT? He didn't have to do it but he did. He went above and beyond with what he's done for our car. I wouldn't mind coming back here just knowing that a business actually cares about their customer and their satisfaction. THANKS May!
