Needed to stop by for a bite to eat before we got to church and we were surprised. The convenience store is new, very clean with high ceilings, and the staff was friendly. It was around 7am on a Sunday, but they were helpful and kinda funny. After we bought our taquito, the cashier told us to go back and make sure we pumped out some queso from the cheese pump into a to go condiment cup. That struck me as being very conscientious of him. We were fine with our purchase, but he wanted to make sure ate it under the most optimal conditions. That type of attentiveness stands out and that staff earns this station a rare 5 stars from me. read more

All right Arco, it seems as though you've accomplished everything from my review update so alas I'll give you another star. You've put up a wonderful sign advertising the cash/debit price versus credit card price. You also don't charge 35 cent anymore for using debit. Phew! And your pumps are pretty fast compared to others, like the Shell down the street that takes FOREVER! We'll see if its the regular price for refills next time I come in here to get my cup refilled with Pepsi, this time the charge was 97 cents which if its the regular refill prices I will continue to come here when I'm in the area. That is one thing I like about My Goods 76 stations, you know what the price is going to be- 86 cents no matter what size your cup is- So next visit will tell the complete story, or it will be like the Yelm Arco lol. read more

I have been coming here for many years and years even when it was a Chevron. I got this new rookie working tonight and I parked my car because it wasn't sounding well and he put a tape on the window and said this is no park and ride and then said the next time you will be towed. Unbelievable get rid of this guy he's a newbie he's a rookie. I'm not going to spend my money on gas, cigarettes, pop and sandwiches at a business that is going to tow me away for no reason. This was on a Saturday night April 22st.2018 He called me a fat bitch because I said their wasn't a towing sign. I wasn't doing anything illegal. He is a white man and is stought in size. He wouldn't tell me his name and he covered is name tag when I asked. This is bothersome because the reason why they wear a name tag is so we can protect yourself. read more

Nice clean fuel station with approximately eight pumps. I was enticed at the inexpensive price, especially compared to the nearby competitors. The debit/cash price can't be beat, so that was my method of payment today. I was pleased with the speed of the transaction, and it's always nice when the receipt prints like it should and you don't have to spend the extra few minutes going in the store to ask the clerk for a reprint. The convenience store is appealing and has a good selection of food and beverages. And yes, there is an automated lottery machine on site for scratch ticket purchases. I'll definitely return to this Arco location. read more

Never again. This place is closest to home, so when we moved here it was convenient. Every single time I have been in, I have made it a point to say hello and be polite to the lady always working. Not ONCE has she responded to my greeting, but she also always has an attitude in response, and won't even make eye contact. I know it's a gas station, but damn... a little customer service would have been nice. Guess our household's money will go to the gas station across the street from Arco. read more

Actually I would have given them 4 stars, have been going for years, but after my last visit I would give them negative 4 if I could. I pulled into the station at a time that was not busy and there were plenty of pumps open, and as I was taking about 5 minutes to collect my cash and drivers liscense ( to present when I purchase friend smokes I was sent to store for, and seems ampm would have been the appropriate place for that in the middle of the night, well I was wrong) Some crazy big white guy with tattoos comes barreling up to my car screaming at me to leave before I even had a chance to exit my car and goes back into the store. I enter the store and calmly ask the guy what the hell his problem is and that Id like to buy a pack of Newports 100s please and fuel with the change which I could barely get out because he was hollering at me! I said dude its your job to ring me up, wtf and he says its his job to protect the pump and hes calling the police. Hes like "youre on video" and Im like for what??!! And he says he's refusing me service and proceeds to call the police and give them my liscense plate number and description and he wont ring me up for gas! So I am forced to go to Shell which is more expensive. I went to arco regularly for over 25 years and was always a good faithful customer. That was a nightmare experience that wasnt ok. Weird crazy abusive power tripping people that just dont want to do their job and want to threaten innocent regular paying customers. I am also a small female. Completely inappropriate. What's even worse is I went to speak with the manager today and hopefully have it made right and resume my routine and they said they reviewed the tapes and didnt think he did anything wrong! They lied and said I was there close to 20 minutes! I said I am no longer a customer of yours. And even if I was there maybe 10 minutes, I am a gentle woman and should never have been approached with aggressive screaming and there is no reason he should have refused to sell me gas and cigarettes after I found my money and liscense in my messy car. I work way too hard and struggle way too much and am way too nice of a woman for that. I woukd hihhly recomend any other gas station, maybe I have to pay more at Shell, but they arent douches. i went inside to purchase candy and gas. I mentioned the gas after she already had seen the candy. I let her know I would like to use my EBT card for the candy and she verbally expressed disgust and let out a huge noise in frustration, all while shaking her head. I apologized, if I had caused any problem and that I didn't know I was suppose to specify first. She ignored me the entire time other than angered body language. I asked for my receipt, still saying nothing, she set it down after aggressively stapling the two. She continued to ignore me. I told her to have a nice day (unsure of what her exact issue was) then I walked out of the store. I will not go back to this store because of the treatment of that particular staff member. What kind of professional establishment provides this kind of customer service? I am extremely disappointed and feel disrespected after leaving this local ARCO, especially after being new to the area. I'll try a different gas station for basic human decency. read more
