Bathroom was clean and well stocked. There is only 1 bathroom for all, so I did have to wait. Staff seem to be polite and quick. This is the most inconvenient AM-PM "convenience" store I have repeatedly visited over the past year...and it seems to be getting worse. As a corporate card holder, I routinely find their pump card readers not working, and then must go into the store to purchase fuel. Yesterday a pickup truck was blocking two interior pump bays and the two male occupants were just yelling at people to find another pump. If the vehicle was disabled, they should have moved it...but something else was going on and the store clerk was not taking care of it. I moved to another pump, and the card reader did not work. The positive...the clerks that work here are generally friendly. read more

Dirty bathroom!! Rude employees. My partner paid for gas and I used the restroom while he gassed up. He came back in, we perused snacks, I went to pay for the snacks and he was told the bathroom was "closed for the rest of at the day" at 6:35 pm. After I was just in it. And it was fine. AM-PM usually has the lowest gas prices within a certain radius, but the trade off is that payment is not as convenient. At this station you have to go to a central island and enter your pump number to pay or get a receipt. It is easier than going inside to pay, but not quite as convenient as paying right at the pump. Other that that this is a typical gas station conveniently located near a highway exit. read more

The store manager is the most loud and obnoxious woman I have ever met. She lays across the counter and wont move for customers trying to cash out and yells obscenities at the employees from across the store. It is a complete popularity contest with the employees and it is very uncomfortable going into that store. I was even in there when a man was calling in a complaint for an employee smoking next to a gas pump! VERY unprofessional store and you really need to look at your management! read more

They've got a single restroom. Too bad. When I went there were two other men lined up in front of me and one inside. It was too much of a wait so I hopped to the Chevron across the road. That one's equipped for three men, alongside a separate women's bathroom. They're both right off the highway so you can stop by during a backup. read more

I will never get gas here again!!! Stopped to fill up the car and needed to use the restroom. They would not allow me to use the restroom without first paying a quarter. My husbands was filling up the tank. I asked if I could use the restroom first, (I was in dire need). They refused, Heaven forbid should a $40.00 sale cost them a quarter if I slipped out without paying, (which I would not have done!!!). I went back outside, told my husband to stop pumping gas and we left. So instead of a $40 SALE it was a $7 sale. The staff are horribly trashy. The cashier got asked a question while ringing up my goods about e cigarette juice, she told the guy (in military gear) that they didn't have what he was looking for in a rude tone. He leaves and the cashier starts talking to the other employee saying things like "just cause' you wear green don't mean you're sh*t", completely forgetting she was cashing me out. I stood waiting for two minutes. I like to support businesses with quality people, and these women are garbage. And to disrespect our military?! zero star is not an option. So I'm sharing this because this shit pissed me off. I stopped at this raggedy gas station to get snacks and let my son use the restroom. So I'm kind of standing to the side the ampm lady doesn't see me. My son stand in line patiently waiting to use the restroom as she just let two little boys walk in right before him. So he's standing there for a minute the boys are taking a good minute in the bathroom. So my son gets closer to the bathroom door in the lady snaps on and saying the bathrooms closed. I popped my head from around the chips and I said closed? What do you mean it's closed? She said it's closed super rude because somebody clogged the toilet. I said lady I just watched you let two little boys go in that bathroom. Matter fact they're still in there. She says again rudely look the bathrooms closed you can go across the street to the Chevron. I was so pissed off. How dare you talk to my child like that but I wasn't in the mood to get loud and ignorant. So I nicely said you're probably right your bathrooms look like they possibly could have Hep a b and c. And I walked out the door. This place is super freaking rude and why she chose to let the other two boys in the bathroom go. And not mine who knows. But the Nisqually AMPM you suck. And I'm glad I went to the Chevron across the street because they were super friendly welcoming. Their store was clean and their bathroom was just as clean. read more
