Foods always restocked and made fresh no matter what time of the day. I like that I can come here late at night and someone is making fresh hot dogs or fresh baked goods unlike most places they stop making food in the evening. read more

I have been coming here once a week since this station opened as it's on my way to work. It's convenient as it's at the freeway.. Everything has been fine up until a few months ago. Over the last few months regardless of the pump I use it doesn't work. The pump will either say declined or please see cashier. (There is money in my account) It's so frustrating as it's a frequent thing and I keep stopping here hoping my card will work.. I fuel up at other arco stations with no problem. When I did go in and say something to the clerk, I was told it happens as the pumps lose communication for using debit/credit cards.. It's been like this for many months and it's still happening. You would think it would be fixed as I don't have that issue at any other station.. I will drive the 30 miles and use arco by my work then waste 7 minutes trying to use my card each time at your store.. read more

When the new station 1/4 mile away opens this place will suffer!!! It's the worst!!! It is a total dump!!!! Card readers are constantly down!!! Pumps are slower than anywhere I've ever been!!! The restrooms at this location have been shuttered for over 6 months I One of the most important things people need is a bathroom stop. Is unacceptable for them to intentionally not have a bathroom available. read more

They were selling pomegranates for $2.99 at the check out so I decided to grab (2) because they were so big, it sounded like a steal! When I opened them they were filled with mold. Now I know why they were $2.99 :( bummer!!! read more

Got a car wash and it's suppose to be free vacuums with purchase but couldn't figure out how to turn them on so I went inside and both employees told me they did not know how to turn them on I guess..the person who is usually out there is gone for the night. I asked if I put coins in the machine would they turn on and they said yes...I thought they should have given me the coins but I didn't say anything. Paid for the vacuum anyway. Then I got gas and seen that my car still looks dirty! Even though I paid for the best wash. Wanted to go back in but was in a hurry. Place was clean though and that was very appreciated. read more

Very traumatized moment, dec 22nd 8:05pm shift personel very rude. I arrived to pump gas, walked in the store completely forgot my mask in my vehicle, i tidnt notice, personel tidnt notice until i put my money in the counter he rudely asked me to take my money because i did not have my mask on. Zack has the most repulsive customer service. I got car sick my hubby went in to get me a bag, there was no line, said we had to pay a quarter. Hubby came out, got it, ran back in and now there's a line... Zack sat there ignoring him as he tried to PAY FOR A BAG, then tells him to wait in line like everyone else... he already did that the first time but whatever. He tells him I'm sick in the car and he keeps ignoring him. Then hubby got to the front and Zack was still ignoring him and wouldn't give hubby his name til he seen the name tag. Before we write a review, we are asked to take covid into consideration. I only wish this Arco would do the same. Their squeegee water, along with many other Arco gas stations, is amongst the worst I've seen. It takes ALOT of neglect for ammonia-treated water to get to the point where it smells like sewer water. I can almost guarantee you this is a health department issue as well. People shouldn't have to smear bacteria infested water on their windshield. From the overwhelming disgusting smell, and zero visibility of the squeegee itself, I can only assume that this water was neglected for several days. And this wasn't just one squeegee water receptacle, it was four. read more

I just walked in there and didn't have a mask I forgot it at home which I told this employee... the employee Tania was extremely rude said "NO MASK NO SERVICE" very loud and rude towards me... I found one in my car tho....I went back inside... I told her she needs to learn how to speak to customers she could have politely said "Please come back with your mask since we can't serve you without it" .... I understand the rules I made a mistake... I asked to speak to the manager when she was there because she was extremely rude to me and as was walking away she started speaking Spanish saying that she was getting the manager....I told her to please not speak Spanish because I don't understand her so I don't know if she's talking s*** about me.... she shook her head and told me she's getting the manager which makes no sense because Alex (the manager) couldn't hear her since he was in the freezer.... The manager proceeded to walk out I explained that the employee was very rude and should have respectfully talked to me as I am a customer....Also, I did say that next time she needs to be speaking English since I can't understand what she's saying.... the manager Alex proceeded to tell me that I need to leave or otherwise he's going to call the cops on me!!!!! Completely rude discrimination kind of establishment I will never be going there ever AGAIN so if you are white I highly suggest not going there because the manager Alex and the employee Tania are both Mexican and will be extremely rude to you just because they think that I was racist and they have control I have been there multiple times before and never seen these employees or had this problem completely irritated, mad and sad that ppl think they can treat others this way because of your color read more

Worst customer service. Bathrooms have signs saying "for employees only" the restroom is obviously for customers they just do not want to allow customers to use the restroom. They wouldn't let my 6 year old son use the restroom. They suggested I drive 5 miles up the road to the nearest restroom. The guy and girl working just stood there with stupid looks on their faces. Stopped in this morning. Pump 8, the card reader wouldn't read my ATM card, which I had successfully used a few times over the weekend at other businesses. I went in to the store and informed the cashier there. She took my ATM card and charged me a specified amount for the gas I was going to get. Took about 5-7 minutes (a few people in line ahead of me). Went outside and started the pump and a single word came up on the screen "Promo" which I had no idea what it was, but I didn't know what it meant. I tried a few buttons but it didn't clear the message, so I went back in, waited in line and got the same lady cashier to come outside and help me get through this. I didn't want any promo or anything else; I just wanted gas. She basically went to the pump handle and just manually pushed the lever to get it started (although I had already done this before the promo message came up) and it started. I told her this message was confusing and asked if they could get the card reader working so people don't have to come into the store. I doubt she will report it anywhere to anyone, though, so it's not likely to get fixed anytime soon. But I spent 20 minutes more there than I would have otherwise if I just could have been able to use my card at this pump. It was nice that she came outside to help me, though. Next time I will just re-locate to another pump, though, to save time. They should keep their equipment in working order. read more

My review is only for the car wash at this location. Got my car super clean and it's one of the coolest car washes I've ever had the pleasure of driving through. Super friendly car wash attendant too! $10 gets you the platinum wash. read more

Bathrooms closed, they say it's due to COVID-19. But they're just to lazy to clean the bathroom. Cant wash your hands with the bathroom closed, and I have heard zero suggestions from the government (or anyone) about closing bathrooms. They're full of it. read more

Always come here for gas and car washes. On this particular day I was treated so rude and cashier made me feel like I had to prove myself innocent. I went straight into the car wash and I paid with my card on the machine it said there is no receipt paper so I would not be getting a receipt. Normally there is someone waving you in and directing you but there was no one this time, the lights were on and I moved forward and the machine wouldn't take my Jeep forward like it normally does. I backed up and tried again. Nothing. I took a picture of the machine on and the lights on to show which wash I had paid for since I knew at this point I would have to back up and go inside to speak with someone. I go park and I speak to a male cashier that I was trying to use the machine and it wasn't working. He starts off with, "well why did you move the cone and drive in, the sign on the cone says you have to go inside and get an employee" I told him if the sign was there I would have done exactly that, why would I get off my car and move a cone? He walks away from me so I go get in my car and drive into the drive thru he's waiting at the machine and I told him earlier the lights were on but they aren't anymore. He says "well you have to pay, it's not a free car wash" I said I did pay, which he then asked for a receipt, I told him your standing right next to the machine that clearly states it's not giving you a receipt. I then got frustrated and I just had to log into my bank app and show proof I paid and even showed him the pictures I took. He then says "ooh ok, so you weren't lying" I said why would I lie? He said "everyone lies about paying. At that point I was irritated and just closed the window to my Jeep and began with the car wash. Very rude and unnecessary. So disappointed. read more

Just a word of caution to my friends. I took my car yesterday to the Arco station on Live Oak Canyon in Calimesa Boulevard for gasoline and a car wash. went through the car wash snd was almost all the way through when all of a sudden I felt a jolt from behind and the car behind me rear ended me in the car wash. Apparently it was loaded too soon after mine which caused him to run into my trailer hitch in the back. The truck behind me was still covered in soap when it came out of the car wash and the brushes had not cleaned the back of my vehicle probably because the truck was so close to the back of my car that the brushes could not reach the back of my car. We talked to the people there at Arco they were rude and told us we'd probably have to go through our own insurance. there wasn't a manager there we were told to come back tomorrow to do an incident report. Went back today and they wouldn't take a report and told me they were not responsible even though the gentleman whose car hit mine overheard the one man we talked to tell the operator she had loaded his car on too close to mine. so word to the wise don't use that car wash. Everyone is fine. Truck behind me sustained minor damage from my hitch. I'll have my hitched checked to make sure it is okay. They were very rude. Would not let us watch the video of the accident or give us any contact information for their corporate office except the phone number listed on our receipt. read more
