This is the first gas station stop off when you get off of the highway, and that makes it easy / tempting to stop here. I would suggest that you continue just a bit further down the street for an easier, more convenient station. You have to go inside to pay, since they do not have a credit at the pump option. They do have ATMs outside, but these do not look like something you would want to use unless you are looking to have your credit card number stolen and used. The staff inside wasn't overly friendly and I had to request my reciept from them after paying. Overall: C- There are plenty of other gas stations just a few seconds drive past this one - skip this one and keep on driving. read more

Bathroom hasn't been cleans for months, maybe years. Tile floor in the main store had dirt ground into it. Clerk was unresponsive to comments about the condition of the place, eating her chips behind the counter. If you love the stereotypical dirty gas station, this is your place. read more

Misleading prices. They say 2.82 per gallon the. Add on .35 cents to the transaction for using a debit card. This increases the cost per gallon. It should be illegal for them to advertise one price then charge a fee with the only payment method available at the pump. read more

Whoa! This place took top award as THE worst gas station EVER! Try pumping diesel fuel over a minute per gallon. Poor gentleman on the opposite end claimed it took him over 20 minutes; and I, about 15. Since the pressure was low, the pump handle could not catch the fuel from leaking out on my vehicle and on the ground. The attendants claimed it's been a problem for a while. Worst is they had the bathrooms closed to customers, told we should go to Walmart and this is a HWY gas station, many customers first stop in hours. Also, no clip on the gas pump so you have to stick the gas cap in the handle to keep it pumping while washing your windows. read more

Me and my family went into this gas station because we needed to use the bathroom, to our surprise the men's bathroom was closed and despite paying for gas they had us be a customer in the store to use the bathroom. When we went to pay for an item the lady at the register asked US what the price for that item was, we told her the price, and then she went out from behind the register to check the price of said item. Not the best, but it'll do. I was in town helping my Dad move into his new place. Upon entering into AZ the low fuel light came on in the truck. I had been on the road for 4 hours and it was past midnight so I wanted to fuel up, so I wouldn't have to waste time doing it in the AM. I am used to Vegas and other big cities that have 24 hour gas stations. I forgot small towns close down at normal hours. I had went to 3 different mom and pop stores all of which were closed. I hoped on yelp and looked for something that was still open, called this spot and told they were still open. I agree with other reviewers this is quite rundown, not sure if that's due to apathy or what but they could do better. The clerk inside seemed like I was interrupting him, I was able to fill up & go. Had I not been on empty I highly doubt I would be back here unless it was an emergency. Perhaps all these bad reviews will draw attention from corporate. read more

We stopped there in both April and May, 2018 on a trip to Phoenix from the eastern Sierra in California. We had a lot of bug guts on the windshield, which I wanted to wash off after filling up and paying. There were squeegees at each island that were in poor to fair shape, but there was no water. The sponge was slightly damp and I only managed to smear the bug guts out on the window. I figured it was temporary problem that the station would fix later so we lived with it. When we were on the return trip we stopped there again and it was the same story, so this is not a temporary, occasional problem at the station. Washing windows when filling up with gas on a road trip is essential, especially in the spring. I won't be stopping here again. It would be better to find a little more expensive gas and have the needed services provided. read more

We happened to spot the roadside sign board, stating "Kingman, the city of Route 66", so we decided to stop by to show our respect to the famous old mother road. We came across this gas station, as its pricing was very attractive. However, I found some interesting features with this shop. It does not accept credit card, cash or debit card only. You will pay a small sum using the debit card. Even so, it is still worth the price. Besides, you have to go to a separate machine for payment, and then return for gas. First station you come to when coming into town off the interstate and what a pain! They don't take credit cards and they have this rinky-dink ATM at every pump where you can only use certain cards to get cash to pay for your gas. We mucked around with the stupid machine for about 10 minutes and decided to go across the street to the In and Out Burgers to eat and then down the street to a different station. Don't waist your time stopping here. I am TOTALLY not impressed with Arco AM/PM's and it's NOT just because of this location. Every location seems to have some weird quirk about it and I think it's because they are franchised. The gas is from BP and they are NOT American owned and the way they do business shows. Overall, we just don't go there and I have yet to be impressed with a BP owned service place. read more

This station has really went down hill. Fuel prices are cheap if your using cash to avoid credit card fees. Trash everywhere, outside credit machines not working, pumps down, only 1 person working inside so the waiting in line is long, dirty bathrooms & the list goes on & on..... Find another gas station, the bathrooms were disgusting and dirty. You can't pay with a credit card at the pump. The employees spent more time talking to each other than paying attention to customers. There wasn't a squeegee to clean the windows with. When this station 1st opened it was the place to buy fuel and easy to pay outside. Once it was purchased by whoever owns it now it has been allowed to go down hill at a rapid pace. Nasty looking inside and out with trash and spilled drinks everywhere. The pay at the pump seldom if ever works and half the pumps are out of order usually. The bathrooms are nasty and usually smell and most of the time there isn't enough help behind the counter. When a manager is there, he won't come run a register if there is a line of people waiting. Go North another couple of blocks at fuel at Smith's. Usually way cheaper, friendly and clean. read more

And the woman at the cashier area had a phone attached to her head, talking not stop while working the sales. She was rude and I'm sure could care less about getting a bad review.
