We were stunned into silence until one person said, "I just want to wash my hands," to which he replied, "not my problem, you're not doing it here." I get businesses not allowing people not buying something to use the bathroom, but we planned on buying stuff. There's no way the cashier could have known if we were going to make a purchase or head straight for the bathroom because as I said, the first person had only made it one step into the place and the other two were still walking in - I was still holding the door open for godsake. We went in for 7/11 day this evening around 8:45pm and grabbed a bunch of snacks and headed towards the slurpee machine for our free small slurpees to find that they were out of small cups. Upon asking the manager at the checkout if they had anymore small cups, they said no, that there's "no more free slurpees today, it's over." We were confused and asked why. The manager explained that they're done doing free slurpees today, they're not doing it anymore. We said that there was nothing on the advertisement about certain hours or anything. He said "we're out of small cups so how am I supposed to give a free slurpee?" And I said he could allow us to fill the same amount in a medium cup, and he said "no, we're out of cups, we're done, no more today." When we were leaving, a lady who was also leaving stated that she used to work for 7/11 and that they're not supposed to do that, they're supposed to honor it. Ultimately, it's a small thing, no pun intended, but after countless rude experiences, the fact that we easily had $30 of items in our hands, and the rude way he responded to our questions and started raising his voice, I'm over it. They couldn't have just honored it with the same amount in a slightly larger cup? Where's the customer service? No thank you.

She says yes to the initial $5 bc that's only 5 coins, not so tough. But nothing more. I say ok and start loading back in his bag. I say that's "that's ok, thank you for taking what you did. I say that it's a start but he will have to stop somewhere on the way to Airport ". I notice she is taking what is still out and counting. I look up and she is looking at me. She says I will take $5. I'm stoked inside bc I know he will make it. But I feel bad for her and know it's not something she wants to deal with or I'm guessing accept. I ask if she is sure and she smiles telling me yes. I'm so thankful for her. I wasn't the one going to airport but I put a lot of time and effort into helping this happen. I'm so thankful for the exception she made. I appreciate her. When he is back in 60 days he going to thank her in person. Because she helped he didn't miss his flight.. I received a video of him on the tarmac in Alaska. Thank you again. Only one who will refuse sales to me and he is most likely sexist. The reason for refusal is because when i first moved here, i didn't have my horizontal ID yet. I returned once i got my horizontal (i am 21 almost 22) and tried to purchase my drinks again and he refused even tho i had the correct id bc he said i have a vertical ID (which i showed him the new one and he still said he needed to see my boyfriends.) My boyfriends is in the mail, but his ID reads 2003. Which the cashier says he cant read them and they dont scan them. He wont sell to me when I'm alone even. All bc he hasn't checked my boyfriend's ID. EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING AND PURCHASING FOR MYSELF AND MY BOYFRIEND ISNT WITH ME WHEN BUYING. The women have sold to me, with my boyfriend and without. Pumping stations are easy to maneuver and can accommodate larger vehicles. The food option is a Jacksons fully equipped with bakery items, hot dogs, hot and cold beverages, and other items.

She then let me use a phone device to call my dad and when he didn't pick up offered to text him for me. Let me stay in the store while i waited for a response, than informed me my dad had called triple a to come unlock my car and told me the ETA + when they actually arrived. She also told me where the books were which was super helpful to kill time. Everyone was super helpful and polite and efficiently helped me, was definitely a stressful situation and i'm super grateful for how helpful and understanding everyone was!
