On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

She then let me use a phone device to call my dad and when he didn't pick up offered to text him for me. Let me stay in the store while i waited for a response, than informed me my dad had called triple a to come unlock my car and told me the ETA + when they actually arrived. She also told me where the books were which was super helpful to kill time. Everyone was super helpful and polite and efficiently helped me, was definitely a stressful situation and i'm super grateful for how helpful and understanding everyone was! (A lie) Then I asked if she could just use her store card to apply the discounts and she rudely got argumentative with me about it ultimately saying "no" your burnt basically .
