It's never easy finding a pace to stop on a road trip, but this place has it all. Plenty of gas pumps, a little dog park area, the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a gas station, an incredible selection of healthy, salty, sweet, indulgent treats/snacks/food/drinks, and a safe and comfortable place for our whole family to get out of the car and stretch our legs. Shelees is easy to get to right off the freeway, can be a long or quick stop depending on your needs and then you're all filled up, refreshed and ready to hit the road again. We will be frequent visitors on our Cali road trips from now on.

If you're going east, don't make a right out of Shelee's because Google maps will have you take the 10 west and flip you back around. The worst, I know some people have no choice. Like myself…read more my frustration regarding my recent experience at your facility today, 5-16-26 today which has left me quite disappointed. I arrived at around 5 PM 5-15-26 for a tire change. However, I was informed that there was a significant delay due to a road call. At 6 PM, I received a phone call notifying me of this delay, but as of now, it is 0800 5-16-26 and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. To make matters worse, I have observed that only one of the three bay doors is currently open, and no repairs appear to be taking place. This delay has caused me to run out of hours, and I am now unable to meet my delivery schedule. Additionally, I have an important return appointment tomorrow afternoon that I need to prepare for. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I expected a more efficient service based on your company's reputation, and I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for the delays and any possible resolution to expedite my service.

This is not a convenience if you have to pump your gas then go inside to wait in line for a receipt. My business spends hundreds of dollars in fuel on a weekly basis. This will be the last time I buy fuel from Tower. I want to pump my gas take my receipt and move on. I do not want to have to go inside to collect it. Either the employees and managers are to lazy to keep paper in the pumps or they are hoping your trip into the store will cause you to buy something.

I can't say enough about the incredible service that the two friendly ladies on duty Saturday afternoon, February 10, 2018 provided to me. I was participating in the Tour de Tucson and was at approximately 50 miles in the middle of the ride when I came off of Dillon Rd and needed to use the bathroom, buy water and other food. But there were numerous suspicious individuals hanging outside the store in the parking area so could not leave my bicycle unattended. The ladies watched my bicycle while I went to the restroom and shopped in the store. The Store had some of the best selection of items I have ever seen at a convenience store including this new protein energy cookie called Cookie+ peanut butter from Atlanta Baking that I have not been able to find anywhere else in the LA area. It's better than all the other big protein cookies out there. Their bananas were greenish perfect (Potassium.) This station energized me so much I had a smooth fast ride back to downtown Palm Springs making for a great day.

I went inside to speak to someone about it and they just told me it would go back automatically so I paid cash and left. 4 days later still nothing so I called and asked to speak to the manager and they said that the manager was not it, but that they had already gotten a few calls with the same issue so that they told them to say that in 3-5 business days it would go back. If not to go ahead and call back and they would help me out. I waited 8 days and decided to go in person and speak to the manager And all I got was her telling me that they release the money after 24 hours so that it is no longer there issue and that it is now only my problem. So now I'm stuck with calling my bank and trying to reverse the withdrawals since it was $350 and I can't just ignore it any longer.
