They were done in one long day and cleaned up the property very nicely. I also used NR Roofing to do some repairs to the wood around our chimney and where the soffits had been damaged. NR Roofing's pricing is competitive and the tradesmen are always reliably on time and do a wonderful job. Mario is responsive to text and calls and gets back in touch very quickly. I had an issue with one of my skylights on a holiday weekend and he had a team over to fix the issue within 24 hours! I would recommend NR Roofing and will use them for any future roofing job.

Daniel, the estimator/contractor figured that the leak must be coming from the gutter and he stated that replacing the gutter will fix the leak. The rain pour in after a week it was installed and the leak on the front porch is still there. i took a video which I sent it to Daniel then and he promised that he will come back or send someone to repair the leak but no one came. I called Daniel every other week all the way to June/2025 (for 6 months) but he just keep promising...no show I saved all the text messages of all the reasoning he made for not making to his obligation.

The pricing was fair and reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire project was completed surprisingly fast without cutting corners. What stood out most to me was the communication. Tony always answered the phone, kept me informed throughout the process, and was straightforward and easy to work with. In an industry where communication can sometimes be difficult, that really mattered. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the job site clean. The finished roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Roof Land to anyone looking for roof repair or a full roof replacement.

They promised a proper torch-down roof and sealed flashings -- instead, I got leaks after every rain, 8 failed repair attempts, and a cheap silicone coating to cover up their mistakes. It's interesting they are admitting their poor job in response here and are proud in their "prompt repairs", but why does a costly new roof need many repairs (all of which failed)?! If I wanted repair I just had repaired my existing roof! The images clearly show the poor job in installing torch down layer by roof land. A licensed inspector confirmed the work was defective and incomplete. I've been left with water damage and no resolution after over a year of stress. Do yourself a favor -- AVOID Roofland Roofing at all costs.

Victor showed up on time, brought a helper with him, and they tackled both jobs and finished them to my complete satisfaction. The hard scape looks great, and the block wall even better. Got 1 coat of Sherwin Williams paint that was watered down enough to leave drip marks after drying. It was applied unevenly and they needed to return. The 2nd coat was not applied to entire house and they painted the rocks to my house. Although they did clean up their mess when they had 1st come out, they left a mess in the front and back yards the 2nd time, as well as getting paint all over my rose bushes and grass, as they covered nothing up on the 2nd trip. Daniel and his son, John, are quite personable and accommodating, and for all I know one of their painters was having an off week. I still have patches that had been missed completely, but I will do it myself, as I wouldn't need to do if it had been done right the 1st - or 2nd time. While I never met Mark (my wife was home when he came foe the repairs), every time I spoke with him on the phone he was very personable, reliable and understanding. We had a minor leak from the roof during the torrential rains from a couple months back. After getting an initial quote from the insurance company, who wouldn't fix it because it was less than our deductible, we reached out to Mark. He promptly scheduled a date to come diagnose the problem, before the rain continued. He gave me an "easy fix" quote and a "worse case scenario" quote, which were both extremely reasonable, but he couldn't tell exactly how much it would be until he got underneath all our tarping to clearly see what was happening. Both of the quotes were within about $300 so it wasn't like the worst case scenario was exorbitant. He explained his schedule was kind of tight at the moment but said he would call me when he knee he could come by to do the repairs on the roof. In fact, he called me a few days later and we scheduled a time the following day. He came by in the morning, started the work and when he finished and spoke with my wife, the balance due was less than his original "easy fix quote," and definitely significantly less than the insurance company quote. Mark was very trustworthy, reliable and a very nice person. I recommend calling him for all your roof repair work. I know I will if I ever need repairs again. You can thank me later.
