Chris came out on a rainy day (instead of rescheduling), walked the project with me, did his due diligence and emailed me a 3d project video and the quote. Here's the difference - I had 5 quotes, none of them listened to what my wife and I wanted. Chris is the only one who listened to our ideas and enhanced them with his expertise. He was not the cheapest quote we got, but he was the most thorough. The project: complete front yard demo, build stairs surrounded by modern landscaping leading to a courtyard with custom planter boxes and lighting throughout. Chris gave us a timeline for the project and stuck with it. His crew, lead by Jorge, arrived on time everyday and cleaned up before they left for the day. It was a big, 2 week project and they finished on time. The entire crew was polite, waved at my kids everyday and worked hard. Project manager Jorge knew what needed to be done everyday and his team executed. Chris worked with our busy schedule, listened to all of our concerns and was quick to act or change directions as needed. Never once did he make us feel like we were not the most important client to him. There is always hesitance when thinking about pulling the trigger on a job that would cost a hefty 5 figures, but when the day we saw the finished product, our jaws dropped. They did such a good job in every aspect. Chris and Jorge clearly know what to do and how to do it. We have had non stop compliments from our neighbors, friends and family members. Chris gave us a beautiful court yard to enjoy and elevated our house's curb appeal to stand out. We have done many projects in the past and have never felt this good. I called and spoke with Randeep, who scheduled me within 2 days with an irrigation specialist. I had an appointment this past Wednesday for Danny to come by and take a look at the leak. Not only did Danny fix the leak, he replaced the valve completely with newer, more up to date parts as my home is 20+ years old. After addressing the original issue, he noticed that two of my sprinklers were not functioning and replaced them, even without me asking! Wow! He then recommended that I replace my sprinkler timer as well, since it was also an older/outdated model. I purchased a new timer, in which he took the time to walk me through step by step to make sure I understood how to use the timer and make necessary adjustments and also made sure to go through the schedule not once, but twice to ensure I was satisfied with the watering schedule and overall water flow. During the walkthrough, I noticed there was a huge leak coming from a drip line in my backyard that caused a puddle in my lawn. He explained that the leak in the drip line may have been caused my running it over with a lawnmower or by me accidentally hitting the line with a weed wacker. I asked Danny how much it would cost for him to fix the leak, and he said, "This is such an easy fix, I'm almost positive you can fix it on your own." He then recommended the parts I needed to fix the leak, and sure enough, I was able to fix it on my own! He made sure to keep in contact with me while I went to Home Depot to make sure I bought the right parts. Danny went above and beyond and provided exceptional service! He was patient, honest, kind, and very knowledgeable, which is a true reflection of the company. Nowadays, it's hard to find a trustworthy company that won't take advantage of you! First off, this review is for our project that was done over the summer in June. We put out a request for several companies to come out for a total overhaul of our front/side yards. This all included drip systems installed, removal of the "dry jungle" that took over our front & side yard, planting of multiple fruit trees/plants as well as rock being delivered/installed. It was a huge deal to be quite honest but Chance, Tera & their team were up for the challenge. The crew was hard working, dedicated to get the project completed in a timely manner & customer service was second to none. The rock was bigger than I had imagined but I'm blaming the hubby for that one since he communicated the size incorrectly. We also had an issue with the drip system about a couple of weeks later but one phone call & they were back out to fix it immediately.
