I'm upset about our service here! My hubby and I went in and the place was dead about 10 people. We…read moreseated ourselves at bar and bartender asked for our order, Tony PBR and I wanted tea but all she had was Bottled tea (which I hate) so I ordered a sprite...which is from the well, the Carbonated sprayer from tap and an extremely small 10oz cup (not a glass mason jar) and she charged me $2.50 it was smaller than a 12oz can...come on dudes...usually well soda is FREE or $1 but if you're charging $2.50 then at least make it a Mason Jar... I ordered 6 wings traditional with hot sauce and Bleu cheese for dipping. Hubby ordered Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseburger and it cost extra $2 for a side of fries. $10 for a burger with no automatic chips or fries for side....this is NUTS!!! You can spend same price or less anywhere else and get a side included PLUS our fries though Hand cut were burnt and fried in old oil. The wings were hot and good, very wet but I only got to eat one and 2 bites off a second one because I ran out of my "Little cup of Sprite". It was 3:45 and she got busy with peeps coming in for a 5pm pool tournament...and she gave them her undivided attention. She never refilled my SMALL SODA...another reason to put in larger glass LESS REFILLS needed. So with un eaten wings, burnt fries, small cup of sprite, and Tony's good burger that kept falling apart, bun was all mushy...it cost me $27.67... I never felt less appreciated in my life...I know she was busy but less chit chat with the regulars would be nice. There was three people in the kitchen so someone could have helped her. Her name was on the board...I didn't want to share it... I don't recommend but if you go, hope you get better service and better fries...value was over priced for sure today!!!

My husband and I came for a karaoke night with Allen and were pleasantly surprised by this…read more(literally) underground sports bar. We were carded and greeted by our very lovely waitress Bethany who sat us down and quickly got us drinks. I got the chicken tenders, and husband got the quesadillas, both served with fresh cut fries which were awesome! I half expected par-for-course bar food, but the meals we got were far above. Despite their saddening lack of honey mustard, the tenders were flavorful, moist, and of pretty decent size. Husband said his quesadilla was very good as well, and the fries were great! The environment was rather quiet until about midnight (We got in around 9:00) when all of the bar hoppers really started to pile in. Quiet turned to lively pretty fast, and the bar, which was right across from our table, quickly became a high traffic area. Things got a little squishy, but the inside is on the smaller side for a sports bar. So with popularity comes a little bit of getting comfortable with your neighbor, and the occasional random person taking a seat at your table. Despite how full things got, Bethany was attentive and timely with her check backs. Our cups and bottles didn't stay empty for long. I appreciate her ability to keep track of her patrons through all the chaos. You go Bethany! As for the karaoke, we are regulars of Allen at another establishment and already knew he was our guy! Get there early enough and you can sing to your hearts content before the hour wait times that come later. Allen's fun loving and positive vibes really set the mood for the whole night. We will definitely be back!
