I purchased AAA premier for my daughter thinking that she'd be protected from getting stuck. Her car would not start last year and when the service truck arrived she needed a tow and was REFUSED. My daughter had Premiere which covers a single tow up to 200 miles and 4 additional tows up to 100 miles She called AAA customer service and explained to them she had a Premier membership and absolutely had towing but even customer service screwed up and said no towing She lost her job that day as she could not get to work thanks to AAA BOTCHING up and refusing towing even though she had coverage I called a AAA manager next day and blasted them out - then was told a "computer issue" caused the problem. Damage was already done and AAA dropped the ball and offered zero compensation to my daughter Life Insurance just as bad. Bought a policy with a good quote and after 2 months they still hadn't activated my policy even though I paid for it. I called this past Monday and CANCELED it because once again they botched it Was told refund will hit my checking account count no longer than 2 days. Today is 5 days and still no refund. Called once again and of course they don't know where my refund is Stay away from AAA.
