I was a bit like a deer in the headlights, frozen and unable to deal with my tax problems. I had no idea where to turn for help. In talking with my cousin about it, he mentioned his lifelong friend Matt Previte who he's known for over 50 years and I'm glad he did. After speaking with Matt, I felt a sense of relief that there was someone who knew what to do and how to help me resolve my tax problems. After filing a power of attorney and digging into my problem with the IRS, Matt and his associate Natalya discovered the IRS did not have a 2021 tax return on file, even though I believed my previous accountant had taken care of this for me. They got to work and prepared my 2021 tax return, despite having missing information. Once my 2021 tax return was processed by the IRS, they were able to set up a reasonable payment plan with the IRS to pay my back taxes. They were also able to get about $36,000 in penalties and interest removed! I can't say enough about Matt and Natalya. They were very proactive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I thought my situation was hopeless. They proved it wasn't. They were able to resolve a complex multi-year tax problem and save me a ton of money to boot! I can't thank them enough.
