The biggest downer of this facility are the old ladies at the front. Every time I go, it never fails that something is messed up. They've thrown away lab work I had faxed to them, they don't know how to use the computers to check people out, they don't even know their own billing departments phone number. What really topped the cake was when they scheduled my appointment in the calendar (on the computer) for the WRONG DATE! I literally drove over an hour (one way) to walk in and them tell me, "we can't find your appointment. We're already double booked for that time so you're going to have to come back next week." Either they need to get their shit together and take a technology class or they need to retire!

I am a patient at Archibold Ear Nose and Throat Center and was referred here for surgery. I was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving. The front desk person had a clear separator and everyone wore masks for Covid-19 precautions. I was approved negative with a previous Covid-19 test a few days prior which was much appreciated. My nurses Stephanie & Ashley were very kind and polite throughout the whole prep for surgery and keeping me updated. My surgery was scheduled for early morning hours and they were repearedlt informing me on steps being done, doses being taken for medicines being given, and consistently making sure I was at ease and doing okay. My doctor Dr.Williams is my ENT specialist and was the surgeon as well. This was my first surgery and my nerves were initially on edge, every person on staff made my worries disappear with their kind words, helpfulness and constant measures to make me feel comfortable definetly recommend their services! I drive from Tallahassee FL to Thomasville Georgia especially for their services.

Went up to the desk 5 times to ask for an update as to when we would be seen and the idot Secretary at the desk was no help! my husband was having chest pain, does that not take precedent? These people in the ER are a bunch of pathetic nurses and doctors! Run like the key Stone idiots they are! I bet if it were there loved one or even the CEO, they would have been shown respect and compassion. Archbold you should be ashamed of your treatment of patients! I am torn on my review. I was a patient here at one point. I have gone to the chiropractor for…read moredecades and have never been in a place like this. On my first appointment I had a gambit of xrays taken and a detailed overview of my medical history. My second appointment I was told of my treatment plan. I would come 3 times a week to physical therapy and also get an adjustment after each appointment. 3 times a week was not only NOT in my budget, but also not doable with my work schedule. I was able to get them to allow me to come twice a week, which was still more than was comfortable for me. All of this they wanted paid for up front. Two things bothered me with this arrangement. The first thing was, I had 3 different chiropractors working on me. As someone who has utilized chiropractors most of my adult life, this was unnerving for me. Out of the 3 chiropractors, only 1 made me feel like he had accomplished something on his adjustments. The second thing that bothered me was the physical therapy portion. I was going in twice a week to do the therapy, and as I was watching everyone that came in do the exact same exercises I did. All in all, I just wanted an adjustment a couple times a year and I got roped into a "treatment" plan that appears to be a " one for all" plan. Was everyone friendly? yes. Would I come back? Only to see the one chiropractor that adjusted my back and neck like I am used to.

I've been to this office numerous times, have always left feeling appreciated, but not today. I was put in to see the Nurse practitioner Kristin. She was NOT friendly, didn't even acknowledge me as a person. She didn't even look at my chart, tests ordered and performed by THEIR office, didn't discuss refills of medication prescribed by THEIR office, didn't listen to my responses to her questions. All she could tell me is that I needed to avoid sugary foods, sweet tea, sodas, lemonade, this AFTER I told her I didn't do sugar. She told me she promised that if I avoided sugary foods that I would lose weight. I understand that I'm overweight, but all of my issues came on me BEFORE I "got fat", and I DON'T eat sugary foods, drink sweet tea, soda, or lemonade. If I am forced to see her again I will not go back to this office. It's a shame that a wonderful office would be degraded by a rude nurse practitioner.
