It happened so that, my husband didn't wanted to go to his cleaning appointment because of sudden work travel on the same day. So when I called them to cancel my husband's cleaning appointment (unfortunately it was on the same day), they screamed at me for trying cancel his appointment. When I told them that I will come for cleaning in his place, they refused to do that too. And threatened me that no body from my family can ever come for any dental visits to them ever again. In past 45 years of my life I have never experience such rudeness and unprofessional, disgusting behavior from any medical office. These ladies there are horrible, mean people who only know how to scream and be sarcastic. I only write reviews, if I only have good things to say about any business. But this time it was different. I have had couple episodes of sarcasm in the past but I ignored it. But this time they went overboard, so I couldn't resist. If you want to have yourself insulted with rude behavior and sarcasm, you can visit them at your risk.

The waiting area is very interactive and they offer a place for the kids to check in and then play video games while they wait. Dr. Simi is very personable and he has an easy going personality. Without a doubt I completely trust his judgement as we have visited 3x so far and he is not in a rush to put my son in braces. This tells me he is honest, knoweldgable and reputable. The office has a pattern of canceling appointments on their end and then turning around and using those cancellations against patients by marking them as "no-shows." This has happened to me more than once. The most telling moment came when they refused to see me for a cleaning or follow-up -- but were suddenly willing to take me back the moment they found out I needed a major procedure. That speaks volumes about how this practice prioritizes patients. Most recently, I was made "inactive" based on an appointment that they had canceled, not me. When I raised this, the office manager was dismissive and manipulative, framing their own administrative failures as patient non-compliance. Rather than resolving the issue, they handed me a list of other dentists in the area and essentially told me to go elsewhere. I also attempted to enroll my four children as new patients and was told the practice doesn't have the capacity to see five patients from the same family -- even for separate, independent appointments spaced out over time. The care when you do get in may be fine, but the front office management is a serious problem. Patients deserve transparency and accountability, not to be penalized for cancellations that weren't their fault. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with honesty and respect.

My front tooth chipped on Saturday and I got lucky to get in to see Dr. MacKenna the very next Monday. She did a great job! It was my first time when I didn't get emotional and had a minimal anxiety. Her assistant Jazmyn was very nice and carrying, very confident which made me feel at ease. Temporary crown looks and feels great! I had to come back for touch up on the bite, it took a few second literally. Very exited to come back! Surprisingly Thank you very much!
