We stopped here during a rainy camping trip and the kids found some books they liked. There were also some nice books about local vermont topics and seasonal books (e.g. vermont hikes, Halloween books for kids). A nice little shop to stop in and support local.

The shop has a great selection of Vermonty guides and history mixed with current and classic books on a wide variety of topics. I always find something new. When he reached out to the owner, turns out the owner left his phone in the store's bathroom. The employee finally got a hold of the owner. The owner sold all the product without earmarking any for the event. He also did not bother to cancel the event. When speaking to the owner he offered us the free promo but refused to apologize and openly expressed he did not care about the customer or there reviews. I will not be going back to this store and I feel bad for the employees who deserve a better boss.

They had some interesting items, but not really competitive with other shops like we found in Antique Alley (New Hampshire) or on Route 101 (New Hampshire). Moreover, the goods were seriously overpriced. We have found many better deals and equal or better quality at many of the shops mentioned previously. Being antique dealers we certainly know how to pick. Will return to Route 1 (Maine) and elsewhere for what we need.

Happened to cut my ski trip short and on the way home I popped in to see what was inside. I didn't find anything on the entrance to the right, but in the other building I walked out with more than a handful. Found a beautiful carpeted area rug, some minerals/gems for my collection, couple display stands for them, and a couple odd ball things for the home. I talked myself out of buying some sports cards and coins so could have been worse. Overall I was pleased with my visit and will one day stop in again.

Staff was super friendly when we walked in, but one lady's smile turned upside down when she saw how many "smalls" I was buying. Allowing yourself at least an hour here seems reasonable. Prices were on quite a spectrum, from "wow, what a deal!" To "Wow, they really do not want to sell that." Found tons of treasures here though, which is the most important part. There are two entrances, and hence, two places to check out. I definitely had fun comparing the typical finds here vs. in other states. Absolutely worth a visit!
