The moment you enter the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Reception was well laid out and clean...everything was pristine clean even the toilet. The dentist himself who only does extractions was very calming, he explained everything he was going to do, what he would need to do if the tooth broke apart, what any potential side effects could be and only when I was ready did he begin. He even apologies that the local anaesthetic injections would "pinch" ...understatement...lol. However, apart from the noise of the tooth being pulled there was no pain, he constantly talked to me and explained what he was doing, all the while in a very calm and gentle voice ...all the while I was swearing he stayed calm and pleasant. He was pleasant to his dental assistant and it was all over in 10 minutes. If you need your teeth out, go here. They are totally lovely and it even made this unpleasant procedure almost nice.
