Not properly quarantined, they don't receive proper care. They knowingly sell sick dogs without disclosing that information and then refuse to refund your money. They source puppies from some of the worst puppy mills in the country!! Don't be fooled by seemingly friendly staff, they are all complicit in this animal, abuse and neglect, and the owner is a garbage human being for running this establishment this way I'm doing this to these animals. During the move, they noticed my plumbing setup wasn't ideal and completely redid it, which has been a huge improvement. Unfortunately, I did lose three fish during the move, but they stood behind their work and gave me a livestock credit without any hassle. That level of customer service says a lot. Their prices seem to be right in line with other local fish stores. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that right before they relocated, I purchased a few replacement fish and lost two of them within a week while they were in my quarantine tank. To be fair, losses can happen with any fish store, and that's just part of the reefing hobby. What has always stood out to me is how informative, honest, and courteous the staff is. They're willing to answer questions, offer advice, and genuinely help hobbyists succeed. I haven't had a chance to visit their new location yet, but I definitely plan to soon. Overall, I'd recommend Triad aquatic Critters to anyone in the reefing community looking for knowledgeable service and a store that stands behind its customers.
