Immediately upon unpackaging our purchase we noticed particles floating in the bottle of the mix caused by the shifting of the bottle. There was pileup of some sort at the bottom of the bottle. Thinking the owner would be as shocked as we were, we returned to the store to rectify our problem. The cashiers response was that because it was a combo set of Jose Cuervo and mix we could throw the mix away. Shocked because nobody throws away money, I informed her I bought the set because I obviously wanted both and requested she accommodate my friend and I with a replacement of the mix. We were willing to pay the difference for another brand. She told us she didn't package the bottle it's a problem from the distributor and it would be addressed the following Monday. My friend went to review the remaining sets on the shelf and they were all the same. Nobody rotates the stock. The cashier doesn't know to remove stock of potential hazards upon notification by customers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They lack common business resolution, do not appreciate their customers, and hold the customer responsible for the products they resell rather than themselves and the vendor. I support small businesses but with stores like this, it's not worth the risk. You get satisfaction driving to a bigger franchise.
