If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I've kept reptiles and fish for years, worked in a pet store for 3 years, and have a degree in environmental science. If you are looking to buy fish, reptiles, or amphibians from this pet store, take yourself somewhere else. I've been here two times to see if they would improve their animal husbandry after opening and I can safely say it has only gotten worse. The marketing for their puppies is front page so you can ignore the fact that the rest of their animals are kept in squalor:
Incompatible reptile species in the same tank.
Incompatible fish species in the same tank.
3 full grown ball pythons in a tank together.
5 full grown Leopard geckos dog-piled in the same tank.
Betta fish in unfiltered and unheated tanks with only rocks and a castle.
An abandoned $100 Axolotl in a half-filled 2 gallon tank hidden under the fish tanks wall.
Caique parrots and conures in tiny cages.
Mice and rat feeders in 5 gallon tanks with no hides or chews.
I can't begin to explain how abhorrent and disgusting the welfare is for these exotic animals. I would consider PetSmart over this place. It's a shame considering this is a small business and you have the sky's limit for your pet care standards. read more
