He gave me a very reasonable quote on two small dents -- one on the passenger door above the handle and the other on the top side of the fender. The fender dent was taken care of quickly but the door dent was deep and in a very difficult place and he worked on it for 2/12 hours till it was perfect. He kept his quoted price even though the door dent took him almost 2 hours longer than he thought. He's very professional, ethical, personable, and is a true dent wizard! Side note: While talking to Vu, I learned that he only started his business 5 months ago -- thus the limited number of reviews. However, he had previously worked for a large body shop for 14 years doing paintless dent repairs. He's probably one of the most experienced PDR techs in the Valley.

His work was amazing. The challenge I gave Jorden was that he could not access the back of the panel from the wheel well, he could not take apart the interior (my choice) but between the leather, cabling, window mechanism and double walled frame under the spot, it would make it impossible to get at the rear. We looked at opening the roof compartment for the convertible, but that gave no access. I very reluctantly agreed to allow him to drill a hole inside my wheel well if needed, but he knew that was not my preference But Jorden was left very confident to work on it and figure out how to fix the dent. Which is exactly what he did. This is what differentiates him from the average dent pullers, I'm shocked and impressed at how perfect the repair was and that Jorden went above and beyond to find a 1/2" hole, covered with a rubber seal in the frame of the door. He skillfully inserted a very long tool and generously carefully worked on the dent until it vanished. The dent was about 18" in the hole.

The first place I contacted requested that I text in some photos. Their website showed about 20 different technicians working for the company here in Phoenix, but after getting a blow-off text that the 'technician was in the field' after forwarding photos, I never heard from them again. The second guy I called requested a couple photos of the damage and I obliged, and he came back immediately at $500 to repair the dents. I felt that was too high and I reached out to The Ding Doctor next, just to see if he was more reasonable. He replied quickly and requested additional photos and even video, so that he could more accurately understand the scope of the work, and set his pricing accordingly. I heard from him shortly thereafter, and Calin said that he could do the work for $400. I asked him how soon he could do the work and he offered a time the very next day, which I accepted. The work he did on the car completely removed any trace of the defect and I learned because of his skill, he was able to bypass working alongside the window and accomplished the repair just through the small opening from the front door. I was extremely grateful for such a pleasant experience working with someone who is very good at what they do, shows up when they say they will, and is reasonable in determining their rightful compensatation.
