Games are a bit pricey. Great variety of games to play. You'll never win at any of the claw/crane games against the back wall, so don't waste your time/money. Prize selection wasn't great. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I have been to Branson 4 times in the past 3 years and every time I spend over $200 here because it's so great! This visit was no different and me and my girlfriend had the best time. STAFF: A big part of it was the help we received from the wonderful staff. I just had the best interaction with KAYANN overall though! She was so helpful throughout or visit tonight (5/24). They have a claw machine where you can exchange prizes whenever you win one and she helped us exchange prizes 3 times during our trip. We also had 4 giant plushies that we exchanged early in our visit but could not carry and she allowed us to store it behind the counter for us to pick up on our way out. KayAnn clearly went above and beyond during our visit to accommodate our needs and it made our visit so much better. The Caucasian male standing behind the prize counter was great as well. We definitely were a little rowdy and needy and he handled us very well and even helped us out after 11 because we tried to use up all our credits. ARCADE: This arcade definitely is more expensive but their prizes more than make up for it! They have very useful prizes and have such a wide variety too. If you are planning on coming back for a repeated visit or plan on spending more than 30mins here, I would definitely recommend getting the $50 or $100 game card package. Most of their claw machines also allow for prize exchanges which is so great because you can go for whatever is easiest. One of the best games to play here is their coin pushers. This place has so much variety in those and you can just sit for 30minutes at a machine and not realize. TL;DR: Staff is wonderful; KayAnn deserved recognition! Recommend spending more here to get better prizes. Love the claw machines and Coin pushers! read more

They weren't crazy strict with the ticket limit....my son wanted candy from the prize shop and he was short just a bit and she totally covered us. This is hands down the best arcade I've ever been to. We did the $100 for $145 deal on the cards and it lasted us quite some time. We spent a lot of time on the Wizard's of Oz game and actually won quite a bit. An employee even came over and gave us some tips! The claw machines actually grab stuff (at least the duck one and the ticket grab ones). All of the other games were really fun too. Most of the games are $1 and there was one or two that were $0.50 even. Definitely a bang for your buck. As my wife and I are grown adults, the prizes didn't really appeal to us much, so we got a squish animal and some candy and left our card for them to give to a kid. I'm just an hour or two we EASILY made over 10,000 tickets. The games actually gave us jackpots quite a bit so it didn't feel as though we were scammed like you would at Dave n Busters or Main Event :) read more

Decent size arcade with all the typical game options. The location was right across from Mellow Mushroom where we had a late lunch/early dinner during spring break. It was not too crowded, clean enough, kids were happy with their prizes. Only downside is the prices for some of the games were high ($2-2.50). My kids also love the "fruit ninja" game which they did not have, but plenty of the $2 impossible claw options to play. read more

Fun arcade. My son and I have done the mirror maze as well. It's a blast. Tons of fun. Confusing for young and old. Yet everyone is all smiles. The arcade has a lot of fun games. We usually stop in and play a couple whenever we are walking around the landing. Games are priced well. Tickets don't come very easily though. Something I wouldn't normally add to a review are this places rest rooms. They have a tv and these weird electric faucets. By far the cleanest most modern place to use the restroom you have ever seen. Definitely a fun place to go that has earned our repeat business. read more

We visit this place each time we go to Branson. It is in a great location and offers excellent deals. The staff is always accessible and accommodating. The manager is amazing! He went out of his way to make sure our kids were happy with all of their prizes and took extra time to make sure we received everything we wanted. We will be back! read more

This reminded me of the game room at Dave and Busters as most of these games are the same. I would say about 80-90% of the games were exactly the same as something you'd find at D&B. We were able to get a "Power Charge" on top of the Military Discount which was nice since we had 4x kids playing games. The area was large enough to keep our 12, 6, 3, and 1 year old entertained for approximately an hour and we spent $40 on game cards. It was $1 per most games with some at .50 and others at $2. We really enjoyed playing Air Hockey. The 7D 1st person shooter experience was around $10 per person (my daughter and I did it together) and I didn't think it was worth the cost whatsoever. It was very short but the worker said they have 3 different experiences which are: Zombies, Robots, and I think the last was Western. We did not go through the large mirror maze as we decided we had spent enough money. Overall, they've got a good location on the Branson Landing and an attractive setup but our experience was just "so-so". It would be a good place to visit on a rainy day but you'd get soaked walking from the parking lot to the entrance. read more

My wife and I spent WAY too much money here, but it was well worth all of the fun memories we made together. We played almost every game twice. Before we entered the arcade we walked around the downtown boardwalk to see all the shops and the river walk, which I definitely recommend! I'd also suggest maybe setting a spending limit for yourself if you are going to go, and not expecting a material return on the money spent on game play coins. I love this place. Great new spot! The atmosphere is great! Games are always serviced and in good condition! Prices are not terrible. Lots of fun for a "small" arcade! Staff is always friendly and easy going. I left my wallet once and the staff found it and kept it behind counter for me! I've been here close to 15 times since they opened a few months ago. The mirror maze was surprisingly fun. We laughed a lot. The 7D was a big hit too. The Arcade was a typical midway with a sit and shoot games, racing games, big Atari style games and lots of ticket based games. I thought the coin games were fun with the added card aspects. I spend most of my time on those like slots, lol. Three teens a kid and two adults enjoyed about 90 minutes there. We got there about 15 minutes after opening and it was pretty empty for an hour. We enjoyed the arcade, and loved the 7D experiences. They had more options to choose from then the Castle of Choas did.

We visited arcade city in Branson Missouri and we were not disappointed. We had no problems with any games not working. My son and niece really enjoyed going here. There were lots of different things to do, but there favorites were all the different claw machines they could play for just a dollar with some really nice prizes in them. My niece won a Michael kors wrist wallet, and basketball and many stuffed animals. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Another awesome perk to going was the complimentary soda or water you get for playing games. It was overall just a nice experience and I'm glad our kids enjoyed it. Thank you arcade city! read more

We went to this arcade while visiting Branson about a month ago and all had fun. It's clean and has a good selection of games. My husband and 17 year old son like to play the coin pusher game. In addition to coins, the game also has cards that can be collected to make a set. The entire collection can be turned in for a large number of points. The two of them collected all but two of the cards to make a set, and brought them home to try for the others in a future visit. Skip to this past weekend where they played again. My son played for about 40 minutes on machines with the last cards needed to complete the set visible. He was ecstatic to win! But upon going up to trade in the cards, the young woman working there said that one of the cards didn't come from their place and accused him of buying it off the internet and consistently called them both lairs time and again. She said they mark their cards and that the card presented (that had just been won from their game) could not have been from this arcade. They called over the young manager and he too wouldn't award the prize. My son was so disappointed after having returned and invested more time and a lot of money to collect the cards. I don't know about their method of marking cards but I think an oversight was made and that this is a bad business practice. I guess I should be happy that he was so disappointed playing what is essentially a casino game at a young age- that hopefully he learned his lesson that the house always wins. Just seems like bad business. Beware if that's the kind of game your playing. If you just want air hockey you will enjoy yourself. I'm giving two stars because the place is clean. read more
