Lobby was filthy. Tables dirty. Floor dirty. We we walk through the door we expect poor customer service, and they've yet to let us down. Anytime you order from this Arby's, you have to tell them you want your fries hot and you don't want the cheesesticks you ordered to come from the pile they have precooked. Jacob tells my wife to be careful with the cheesesticks because they were hot, but they weren't. She only ate 2. I ordered the 9 piece premium chicken nuggets meal and they were gross. Ate 3 of the 9 and threw the rest away. They were stringy with fat and gristle and inedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a previous visit and had to take it back up to counter because it was gross and swap it for a roast beef sandwich. We've given this Arby's a few chances and they failed everytime. I should've asked for my $26.19 back and went to Dairy Queen next door. This location is poorly managed. Employees standing around doing nothing. I will post a review on Yelp, and Trip Advisor and hopefully help people save their money and go elsewhere and not eat at Tell City Arby's. Darren Gibbs was the name on the door. He needs to shape this Arby's up or sell it to someone who can. read more
