My husband opened the the ketchup and mustard bottles and old crusted material fell out, that wouldn't be there if cleaned nightly. Every table was dirty and I to request our table to be cleaned. There was 15 cars in parking lot but only 5 tables used. The soda area is covered in spilt soda and trash. Trash cans covered in fries and ketchup. Trash and food under all tables. Floor is filthy. What does the kitchen look like. This is the worst service at a Steak n Shake we've ever received.

Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don't make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy's.
