His attitude came across as disrespectful, and I believe the owner may need to ensure that proper customer service etiquette is being followed. I order the same thing every time I visit--honey BBQ with dry lemon pepper, all flats--so I was surprised when he questioned how I "specifically wanted that." I was also confused as to why he asked how much I normally pay for my order, as the price shouldn't matter if I am ordering my usual item. The interaction made me feel as though I was being challenged unnecessarily. Since the owner has given the staff a bit more flexibility in how things are run, the overall service has noticeably declined. I hope these concerns are taken seriously so the restaurant can return to the standard it once had.

Then I decided to put the remainder of the ice cream cone in my car cupholder just to see what would happen. After 30 minutes, there was no dripping, no leakage, no melting whatsoever of the ice cream. It was still a cool shaving cream consistency. I pulled the cone away from the ice cream to expose it more and let it sit for an additional 15 minutes. Nothing. No melting, no dripping. The second photo included with this review is of the ice cream cone being turned upside after 45 minutes. If you want some cold, fluffy tasting stuff definitely give this DQ a shot but if you want real rich, dense tasting DQ ice cream try Oxford or Pell city.
