Food came out in less than 10 minutes which was fine with us. Let's start with the bad - sauces aren't good and the food doesn't need either. Coleslaw is diced too finely and I prefer my slaw with bigger pieces of lettuce and less creamy. Now on to the good - chicken had a nice crunch and the dark meat was pretty juicy. Chicken breast was a bit dry but we expected that. The wings were a bit small but luckily we only got one in our combo. Ribs fall off the bone and are surprisingly good for a fast food joint. The buttery potatoes are my absolute favorite - the calories are terrifying but it's so worth it. I prefer to get the potatoes that are the bottom because they're drenched in butter lol. My boyfriend and I cleared the combo no problem and I'll always hope for Chicken Shack catering rather than sandwiches.
