Absolute terrible service. We went through the drive-thru, ordered the exact same thing we have ordered every single time we go to Arby's for the last decade. When we get to the window, the order was wrong. The acne ridden girl at the window proceeded to argue with us, saying WE placed the order incorrectly. Then she huffed and said "I don't need attitude from you!" Excuse me??? No, what you don't need is a job where customer service should be top priority. Incredulous. We immediately demanded our card back, cancelled the order and left. I did call and speak with someone who claimed to be the manager, stated their employee's behavior was completely unacceptable. Whether or not this manager actually addressed the employee, we will never know. But I do know, this location will never get our business again. My husband had a coupon via email. He couldn't get it to work once logged in online. After contacting support, The manager texted him saying they would make it work. So he went to the store to order. They did something to make the coupon work. It was worth the hassle for 1/2 off. We decided to try their new burgers, the cheesy bacon burger. It looks thick & impressive! But the burger itself was very dry. The sauce and tomato are needed to help the moisture. Initial flavor was good, somewhat grilled flavor. But a few bites of my burger tasted like liver. That was a pretty big turn off for me. My husband didn't notice it with his. In a nutshell I wouldn't likely order the burger again for myself. We also upgraded to the jalapeño (poppers) crisps instead of fries. Those were delicious! Breaded fried half jalapeño with sour cream. There's a sweet jelly sauce that comes with that and I was on the fence about liking the sauce. I really liked the popper flavor and sauce distracts from that. But a long time ago our first popper experience was with a pepper jelly & we used to love that. So give the jelly sauce a try- you might like it. Husband also ordered jamoca shakes. I tasted his and it was good. Mostly chocolate flavor with a hint of coffee. I just can't drink shakes or eat a lot of sugar anymore so I put mine in the freezer for him to enjoy later. The new Arby's burger experience & quality was what we wanted to try, and is the reason for this review & rating. Service / assistance gets 5 stars, poppers get 5 stars, shakes get 4 stars (I like more coffee flavor) and burger gets 3. I might have just had bad luck getting such a dry burger that tasted like liver. If we ever dare to try the burger again, I'll update my review. read more

Don't eat here. I was served a chicken wrap yesterday that the chicken was raw. I took one bite and then unwrapped it to find this. Took it inside and the manager said they had been having trouble with the machine so basically admitting it was a problem but still serving the public and risking our health. here we go again now this is gonna be my second review for this Arby's in Port Charlotte. This is a joke and after getting a phone call back from the store manager the district manager and regional manager. They still haven't fixed this store. How do you expect someone to go in there order food and then not get a receipt after giving them their credit cards. when the young man wouldn't give me my receipt, I asked to speak to the manager and now I'm sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, waiting for them to write something up for me so I could take a picture so I can post it y'all that this is how you get receipts here at Arby's. Walked inside to the manager saying "she found" a roll and is now printing up all days receipts. She blamed her general manager for not ordering. Just left this Arby's, guy was rude the second I pulled up. The guy messed up whose order went where, literally ran out to my car when I drove around to check the food reached into my car and snatched the food out of my hand. Disgusting, filthy and cold food. My wife and I were served cold fries. Not warm, CCILD! I went back to the cash registers and looked at the fryer area. They had 4 baskets of different fried items already cooked and under the heat lamps. No wonder the food was cold. They had about 4 pounds of product fries, curly fries and possibly chicken hanging in baskets ! The whole restaurant was filthy. When I went back to cash register I was ignored. I finally left the cold fries on the counter. Kaleb returned to the counter and just looked at me. That is when I told him I would never eat here again. I pointed out the pounds of pre cooked food hanging in the baskets and told him "no wonder the food is cold". I took a few photos and walked out. Not one employee said a word ! My wife got sick on the way home. She had 3 bites of a super and 1 cold curly fry. We took the cherry turnover home. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. good customer service, gave us extra sauce and all. This was our first time trying arbys, the curly fries were really good and crispy, the diablo fries (loaded curly fries) were spicy! I also ordered a buffalo chicken slider that was surprisingly good, my least favorite was the classic beef and cheddar, that was heavily underwhelming in flavor. By far my favorite was the smokehouse brisket sandwich, as hilarious as it sounds it was the best brisket i've ever had (and i've had it from real bbq, still think it's the most overrated cut ever), the texture was on point and the delicious sauce brought it all together. I was there yesterday! Had the 2 for $6 special. Roast beef and chicken. The roast beef was ok but, the chicken sandwich was terrible. I had 2 very small pieces of chicken. They were so dried out that I couldn't even bite through them. One piece was rock hard!!!! I was going to take it back and complain to the manager on duty but instead of working myself up, decided not to go back to Arby's for anything!!,! After seeing all the commercials that showed the Two for $6 products my husband and I went here today and ordered a fish sandwich which was great, and a beef and cheddar. The commercial shows a pile of meat on an onion roll, with melted cheese. When I opened my sandwich I exclaimed "Where's the beef"! There was so little meat that the top of the roll was touching the bottom of thee roll! Not at all like it looked on TV. Not even close! The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. This was the worst experience I've ever had here. They charge you $1.19 for the little cups of cheese and it just tasted like crap. And the fries tasted like straight cardboard and not hot at all. When we called to complain corey the shift manager wasn't sorry at all and he also had an attitude with us. When we went back to get a free meal he didn't talk to his at all and he just had a really bad attitude and a very rude look on his face. When we told him what fries, he had the audacity to lie straight to our face. But when I pointed out that there was multiple large straight fries Corey looked at me and he had noticed I pointed them out and figured out that he had lied to us. After years of not living near an Arby's, my husband and I stumbled upon this one after finishing a medical appointment. We've since stopped by here several times. Staff is friendly and orders are filled pretty quickly, depending upon what you want. The standard roast beef sandwiches are produced the fastest and they still taste like an Arby's beef sandwich tastes everywhere. The menu has many alternatives now, too, including surprisingly authentic tasting gyro's. The only disappointments so far have been a few batches of over cooked fries and potato cakes and a couple of brisket sandwiches that lacked flavor because the meat was sliced way too thin. Other than those occasions, we've been happy to "ring the bell" on our way out the door. We'd recommend Arby's for a relatively quick and inexpensive lunch in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. read more

I went through the drive threw sat there for about 7 mins and no help. So I ended up going in. And stood there in front of the women waiting for help, and they looked at me and kept talking and laughing about some other girl. This Arby's was recently remodeled and it looks very nice inside. The only thing that surprised me more than that is the fact that I was actually in an Arby's. That surprise is tempered by the fact that I was in Port Charlotte, I was very hungry, and there was nothing else to eat at that moment. Oh well... I ordered the largest roast beef sandwich I could and ate it. As far as Arby's goes, it was a passable sandwich. The taste of the sandwich hasn't changed over the past 20 years. The woman puts her hand on the small cup and very sarcastically replies, "Yep, $1.29!" It was as though they were proud to deny patrons, seniors, who ask, a free cup for pop.
