The least they could have done was tell us that they would be right with us since they were working on online orders. It took at least 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge us standing in line. Our subs were both wraps (which he put on flat bread, but we didn't say anything so that's our own fault) . i could have gotten a 6in sub cheaper and with more food.
