I love subway but was very disappointed with this restaurant. first we walked in without a "welcome…read morein". The least they could have done was tell us that they would be right with us since they were working on online orders. It took at least 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge us standing in line. Our subs were both wraps (which he put on flat bread, but we didn't say anything so that's our own fault) . i could have gotten a 6in sub cheaper and with more food. They charged us for a 12" sub when really, this wrap was smaller than 6". nearly $20 for a snack.

Paid upfront for an order. Went in to pick it up, was informed that they didn't have the type of…read moresub available that I had ordered. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but a refund request was refused. A replacement sub was offered but it didn't cover the cost of the sub initially paid for. Poor store ownership, the staff left a lot to be desired. The local Walmart has a far better Subway and attentive staff. Looking at 'recent' reviews online shows the stores true colors. Unfortunately this location has slumped beyond downhill.

Absolutely hands down the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had in any restaurant,…read moreperiod! I'm new in town and rarely eat fast food, but it's slim pickings out there, FarmCountry. The service was terrible! Just horrific! From obscenities flying out of the kitchen to rude comments being made, employees bitching about having no idea what was going on! The drive-through line was very long; I'll give them that; however, the customers standing in the front of the shop were all but forgotten. I mean zip zilch zero natta nothing, no service what-so-ever! A man was waiting for his online order for over 20 minutes. I ordered from the kiosk like the VERY LARGE SIGN on the door asked patrons to do. Sooooooo I waited, waited, waited and waited some more! Now, mind you, it's a half-hour drive to get home, so while I am starving in the dining area waiting on my order, I'm fuming inside. Calm, cool, and collected on the outside. When FINALLY they call my name for pick up, I look in the bag and low and behold: THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I was so annoyed at this point I just smiled, said thank you, and exited the building, guaranteed NEVER TO RETURN! What a joke! The food is sloppy, messy, thrown together, and wrapped improperly. There was very little inside the "burrito," if you could even call it that. Again, it was not what I originally ordered! How sad is it when you have absolutely no respect for your patrons or yourself enough even to give a crap!!! To look someone in the eye and hand them over subpar food. I understand that employees are at a premium right now, but the owner of this establishment needs to go undercover and see what's going on! It's completely chaos!
