Typical "interstate" location sharing the same building with a Shell Oil gas station and using their restrooms instead of providing their own which adequately larger than the single stall variety. It's an older place but gets the job done, we'll kept and clean. I've always been impressed by Arby's menu. The extremely wide variety of selections makes them the number one fast food restaurant in my opinion. They have continually adapted and strive for healthy choices. The recent limited time offer of a Philly Cheesesteak was a great one. Their fish sandwich is also the best fast food fish sandwich I've ever had. She and I ordered the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. She got the regular size but mine had like triple meat on it. I guess the woman waiting on me liked the way I looked or my pleasing personality, pfft. Anywho, sandwiches were good as always and I love their new Crinkle Fries too. read more

This is the biggest roast beef sandwich I've gotten at any Arby's ever. They were out of curly fries but the regular fries were cooked well and tasted great. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Definitely recommend. read more

Very very slow. And got our order wrong (no fries with our combo meals). Not sure how they stay in business. The food tasted good though.

Disgusting dirty, rude employees. Our order wasn't even close to what we ordered even though the receipt was correct. We were the only customers all the time we were there. We had to return my sandwich as the bottom roll had green mold on it. We were unable to eat the crinkle fries as they were cold and old. Before we left I took the fries up to the girl that did our order and told her they were not edible. Instead of offering new fries or at least an apology she told me couldn't take them and told me to take them and throw away. I told her to just throw them away and she started yelling at me and then called me a bitch. The other girl was busy popping bubbles with her gum. Horrible experience! Arbys should be ashamed and an inspector would probably shut them down. I could not leave less than 1 star, I would rate them -5 if that were an option. read more

Been here a few times and service is always slow curly fries are always soggy and cold and when I had a coupon they took the coupon and didn't give me the discount and they didn't give a receipt either, for the time in price you can go down the road a mile to Pizza Spot and get much better quality food and service read more

When we walked in everyone was in the kitchen . We had to wait . I eventually said HELLO they finished the conversation then came up. They are constantly out of items . When we went they were out of fries crinkle and curly they didn't have ANY chicken items. We wanted Mac and cheese they always say oh we haven't started that yet. They need to take down the Mac and cheese signs We got baked potatoes as a side. It was the worst potato possible. It was hard brown on inside just terrible qualitythey put the butter on the potato and it was running everywhere. i Asked for bacon on my order it was hard dry and crumbled everywhere. last time I went was about 6 months ago . I didn't think they would still have the same issues as before. calling the manger or whoever is in charge is useless. read more

We were driving through on our way back from Spring break and looking for a quick bite. We settled on the Jellico exit because this Arby's had 4 stars from a positive previous review. So here's our experience... The positives: The happy young lady who took our order was excellent. She deserves an A+ 5/5:)! The negatives: The food was disgusting. The bottom of the buns were almost rock hard on both sandwiches. You could tell the bread was old. Even if the bread would have been fresh, the sandwich was disappointing. How can you mess up roast beef? I also paid extra for lettuce and tomato. What happened to quality? I can see why Arby's is having an identity crisis with their brand. They are all over the board. They need to go back to the basics and rekindle the art of making a good sandwich. I rarely ever eat fast food and I won't be stopping at an Arby's again for a long time. Oh and this Arby's is attached to the Rocky Mountain Gas Station. The only restrooms onsite were located on the gas station side. They were were so bad, you could smell urine as you were approaching the restroom door. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
