This is an Arby's with BREAKFAST... which is like a unicorn! And I love Arby's... but especially Arby's breakfast. Here's the thing though... I did drive through to pick up breakfast for Mom and me. I got a small coffee (they only have one size). When I got to Mom's house, I was stunned to see there was a a HOLE in the BOTTOM of the coffee cup. There was hot coffee all over the car. I have to say, first time ordering breakfast from any Arby's and I am pleasantly surprised. I went a little overboard adding sausage and bacon though (wasn't going to have time to eat lunch so I went big on the breakfast) and I have to say I think I didn't needed, the amount of ham was pretty nice, the sandwich wasn't flat as if a car ran over it like many other fast food chains, it was tasty; I didn't had to add any salt or pepper and the hash browns where nice and crisp. I think breakfast wise at this point, IF I have to pick one fast food chain it would be this one at the moment. read more

Omg. I just paid $10 for a beef and cheddar that had .17 of a pound of roast beef on it. It was supposed to have a half a pound. For the ignorant hill jacks. That's .5 pound. More than 50% less than what is supposed to be on this genetically modified piece of crap. Apparently, people are in training and too stupid to weigh the product. I am going to reach out to the cheapskate Cozart corporation that owns this train Wreck. Price gauging must stop. This is a criminal organization. IMO. read more

Came in tonight 2 hours before closing time for the dinning room and the employees had closed off more than half of the dinning room and put signs over all the trash cans except for one. The signs all stated closed for cleaning I could only imagine this meant "closed cause we don't want to clean it" it was pretty busy and seating was minimal. read more

Where do I begin and end? Worst Arby's ever! It is what it is but I like their Market Fresh Ranch and Bacon Turkey sandwich without the ranch, and I add horsey sauce. Three kids standing at the counter. Cashier was overwhelmed when I told her twice no ranch and a sandwich only. The funny thing was their were three managers standing in the back talking instead of managing their responsibilities and service. I felt like I was at the BMV or Walmart. Eight minutes later the manager realizes she put ranch on the sandwich so she has to start over. I was done at that point and it was time to move on. The manager was unapologetic and didn't seem too concerned about making things right. She gladly refunded my money. The place was practically empty. Now I know why. Congratulations Dry Ridge Arby's! You are the worst Arby's ever. BTW. I enjoyed my Market Fresh Turkey sandwich in Batesville, IN. read more

We were passing threw only chain right off highway with no line of 10 or more cars, there's a reason why! With only one car in the line thought ok quick . Nope! From our receipt it took 37 mins to get our order and we only ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. We got the two roast beef and fries but is girls who ordered chicken got nothing. At that point of waiting there was a line of 10 cars so going back threw to ask for our complete order would be hours at that point. Very disappointing to loose 10$ of food , but not worth the wait . My family and I were on vacation when we were making our way home, we decided to pull over at this Arby's location to use the restroom and our grandparents wanted to order food. My sister in-law and I went to the restroom, which there are two stalls. In one had been an Arby's employee at this location. As I go into one stall my sister in-law waited outside for one of the stalls to open up. We BOTH witnessed this employee had used the restroom, came out of the stall, messed with her hair and continued back to work without washing her hands. We approached the manager to tell her, she had nothing to say, no apology, didn't say anything to the employee and stated she was calling the police on us for "causing problems". Most DISGUSTING Arby's I have EVER stepped foot in due to the manager and that employee. read more

In a world of mediocrity, this place disappoints. Ice cold inside, long wait time and we were the only people in the restaurant. The employees acted as if they were just waiting for their shift to end. One could hear their sighs of disappointment from the parking lot. read more

Yelp won't let me give this a zero star, but at least I didn't get sick so a one is ok. I had no one in front of me. Drive thru had a few people. It's 2:30pm, not a busy time. Took them 15-20 minutes to get my food out, then my daughters plain JR roast beef was a ham with cheese, she didn't get her fries, my mid beef n cheddar was regular until I changed it. My son didn't get his fries until I pointed it out, drinks a whole nother story. There were more mistakes as well but too long to list. read more

Wasn't too impressed when I pulled to the drive through and 3 people were standing out back smoking next to the drive through. I think only one of them worked there. Then when I got to the window, one of the smokers was making my food. Pretty sure he didn't have time to wash his hands! read more

So, there was no paper towels in the women's bathroom and the air dryer didn't work. So there was no way to dry your hands. The service sucked, the cashier was rude, and they forgot the sauce and the milk from my kids meal. They also ran out of toys. The only reason it gets two stars is because the food tasted pretty standard for an Arby's. Wouldn't recommend to a friend! read more
