I didn't get the T5's this year and when I checked further with Q-trade I found out that Q-trade is still using my old address, WHICH I CHANGED ONE YEAR AGO! It appears that the T5's were mailed out to the old address and that means that someone living there now received my confidential financial information, How is it possible that Q-trade is still using my old address from a year ago for mailing out documents? What does it take for Q-trade to notice my new address? Where are my T5's? No apologies, please, just a straight explanation and also MAIL MY TAX DOCUMENTS TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS!
