Called arborstone to ask if they could spray around my three units because we found black widows and bees in them. Was told it was the renters responsibility. I have no choice but to pay for them to be sprayed and pray none of my family members are bit or stung when we go inside. read more

I have been using arbor storage out of wilburton for quite a while now. Everybody I've dealt with from the moment I inquired about the unit to current today still renting the unit. Every single person has been extremely helpful polite and business like I could not recommend a storage company hire than what I would recommend these guys. I would've given this no star but I honestly did have my stuff here for 3 1/2 yrs. I had an out side edge unit and I am so glad I put my stuff on pallets and wrapped it all in plastic or it would've been completely ruined. There was a gap at the back of the unit about 4in wide that was just dirt and no slab. There was also a gap at the very top where raccoons came in and nested in all the boxes I had of blankets, clothing, and pillows. At the top gap where raccoons came in, I also had vines growing down into my unit and rain damaged my grandmothers old (65yr old) bedroom furniture. Guess you get what you pay for. My fiancé also had a unit here that was on the other side and during high winds, apparently ripped off a portion of the roof and ALL of his stuff was rain damaged and destroyed. No one ever called him and let him know anything at all. Good thing he had insurance on it or he would've been out nearly everything he owned in his home as he was between moves. I paid $95mo and he paid around $110 we both had very large units. My sister had a 10x12 and she paid $75mo she was also on a unit that was in the center and she had a much nicer, cleaner unit then myself or my fiancé did. read more

I've been a customer for a little over 3 months. This facility is great , the customer service is great the payment process and the property is always clean and very impressed with upkeep.
