An additional reserve was set up without a vote, they didn't understand that a verbal resignation was not enforceable under 617 with governs non-profits and laughed at the board member who changed her mind and decided not to resign and then instead of reading the law paid the attorney to enlighten them. The do not know the statue on recording meetings and think that people should hand their phones over to them at the table. They didn't know several of our by-laws. Non-licensed residents know more than their agents.

I was requested to get two estimates. How ironic that an exterior building repair was made without seeking any bids and that repair was made by the sitting board president. My next stop is the department of business regulations, which gives it more powers over seeing Condominium associations. More specifically conflicts of interest as in having a board member becoming a paid vendor. Was a permit pulled???
