I rather give them no star if possible due to my personal experience with this entity. Let's keep in mind that I have been coming to this Dentistry for over a decade. They take X-Rays just about every visit, see a Cavity and do nothing but let my mouth ROT. During my last clean up, i felt the Dentist trying to feel something with one of his instruments on my upper molar, was sent Home and told nothing. Several months later before my next upcoming regular visit, on a Saturday, while having a drink, i felt sensitivity on the very same upper molar. I called them and left them a message on their answering machine. I was contacted the very same Monday. I then learn that i had a huge Cavity and might need to be extracted. Thankfully, I was able to get a root canal and saved it. You will think that nothing else have happened but NO it got worst. I later returned after His referral to get the Root Canal to his office to make some adjustments. He then finds (3) more Cavities. As He finishes filling the Second Cavity, He then finds the Third one and tells me that He wont be charging me for the Third One, LOL. His Sarcasm...Unethical...Insurance Fraud. I am currently demanding a copy of their Bond/Insurance in order to file a Lawful Claim against it for Damages, Pain and Suffering. I no longer TRUST DENTISTS.
