Increases have been modest. Love the location, convenient market across the street along with an excellent food truck for a delicious meal. Many long term residents including my family. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Management is extremely professional, efficient and just plain helpful. I have been here two years and have NO complaints. The office staff always answers my calls or emails in a timely manner. They take their responsibility as a landlord seriously, if something goes wrong it is remedied immediately and without hassle. When I had a gas leak and the gas company red tagged appliances they were replaced with brand new appliances within 48 hrs. I have had two maintenance emergencies involving plumbing, one of which occurred late at night, and maintenance (who live on the premises) responded within 5 min. All of these issues are ones I could have had anywhere else and not a reflection on the quality of the apartments here what I am trying to convey is that management and maintenance are ON IT! EVERY TIME! The grounds are extremely well maintained, there is a Gardner here 1-2x a week. Maintenance patrols the entire property twice daily in golf carts and cleans anything they come across up. Rules are enforced strictly and thus it is a very very quiet community (the loudest thing is kids playing). There is not a pest problem but we are well maintained by the company's contract with Orkin. They do whatever pest control companies do to keep any pests at bay. I have accidentally left food out while I went to work and NEVER found a single pest of any kind which isn't so common in low income apartment communities sadly. Overall I am honestly hoping some of my family members can get apartments here if they move. It's hard to secure an apartment here because it's a little known secret that this is actually a hidden jewel in Lompoc. Apartments comparable in price here are not even close to as well maintained by Orkin or police. You just cannot find anything else like it I am so blessed to be able to live here!

December 2024 we asked for a lease extension which we do yearly. Typically, we hear back within a few weeks. We never heard anything and had to keep asking...Toby Soto and Susy Parrot were nothing but non-communicative. When they did communicate we were harassed...daily. I have the text messages to confirm. I had to block their text line. We moved out in March of 2025. They've since tried listing the property that has termites that have not been treated, has carpenter bees, the back fence is falling down and there are rats everywhere because of the ivy growing between properties at 1690 juniper in Solvang for $4200 over $1200 more than we were paying. There are birds that live inside the attic and the plumbing all backs up monthly. The property isn't renting...as it's in awful shape. It has brick floors which tore all of our feet up over the 5 years we lived there...a small kitchen, the bathtub & "master shower" which is the size of a beach shower both back up monthly and many other problems. They tried to say we stole the washer and dryer in the unit which we replaced and were told we could replace because they don't keep accurate records. They tried to send us notices to clean the carpets professionally before moving out. There are NO carpets in this home. Brick and old outdated wood. Again they don't keep accurate records. They didn't even have our move in inspection on file. Surprise!! I have it still. Thank god! The fridge/fridge sucks and needs to be replaced as well as the dishwasher and stove/oven. There is no microwave in the unit, don't know why they're listing it with one . The garage door also needs to be replaced. There is a leak somewhere in the walls between the master and hall bath and it creates a leak in the floor boards which we were cited for even with a request to fix and photos back from 2020. Tried saying it was from going in and out of the shower/bath when we not once in 5 years used the master shower and the damaged was on the other side of the toilet and an unfinished maintenance request from 2020. They've since lowered the price to $3900. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY FROM THEM or any property from plus property. They are not honest people nor do they care about anything but money. We're working with a lawyer and have also reported them to the BBB! Hopefully saving others from this disaster.

It's well kept, quiet, and has an amazing family that runs the place; Bill and his wife Ana have been nothing but the best from the beginning. I moved to Lompoc for work after spending months eyeing higher priced apartment buildings thinking they were the best options. I almost dedicated myself to a lease with 50% higher rent. I soon learned that although they look nice, they aren't much for quality. That's where Bill steps in. As soon as we were in contact he immediately told me all of my options and estimated availability. With a month to month lease, affordable rent and covered parking including, I couldn't resist joining on. As soon as I did Bill went above and beyond when he made some arrangements to get me moved in faster than I had hoped! Through the entire move in process, he was never more than a call away which was so relieving in such a stressful time. Since moving in, things have only gotten better. The residents mostly keep to themselves, but are friendly! I haven't had a single issue here and Bill continues to show that he is always available whenever I have an issue, no matter how big or small. There aren't enough words to describe the welcome and comfort I've felt from the beginning; I urge anyone looking for housing near Lompoc to stop by the community and see for yourself!
