We had an arranged tree removal with another person, only to be called twice for delay reasons. We then called Jewel Tree & Timber. Jonah walked our lots and we spent time to review issues and determine what was best. The day came for our removal and the team was spot on time, which I did not expect for the Hawaii area lifestyle. From the moment of arrival to the end of the very long day, these guys were SPOT on. They know their stuff and guided very tall trees to fall safely away from our home. It was wickedly wild to see these massive objects fall to the ground and then feel the entire earth shake from the weight. I'm so impressed and since this area is non insurable we decided to protect our investment the best way possible and removing trees too close to the house and those shedding too much on to our catchment tank was mandatory.
