I've been getting my eyebrows threaded at a few different places around the city for the last couple of years, this was by far the best. Almost every other place I've gone to has taken way too much off, despite me telling them I wanted a fuller look to frame my face. The therapist took great detail in explaining the differences in each brow and told me as I'm so fair it could take 2 years for me to achieve the look I want without having to use pencil and powder to fill. Not sure if this was an upsell technique but I appreciated the honesty! She was very careful to remove the bare minimum whilst trying to make them even. Although it's more expensive than a lot of other places I was absolutely delighted with the results, I felt like she really listed to what I wanted and my face looked so different afterwards, being properly framed. I made my follow up appointment on the spot and was given a loyalty card- not sure what exactly this entitles me to. I met a friend for lunch afterwards and even though I was wearing less make up than usual she commented on how well I looked which I definitely think was down to the eyebrows!

Salon was nice and hairdresser paid attention to how I wanted my hair to look and kept checking if length off was okay with me. Haircut was very good for someone that's never cut my hair before. Blowout was a little straight/flat for my preference, but I guess she wanted to make sure it was all even. Would come back the next time I'm in town.

The…read morelashes were badly applied and looked so uneven that I had no choice but to tear them out the next day (very surprising considering its a Lash bar). The makeup was very very heavy (despite asking for it to look natural). I have light hair yet my brows were filled a dark brown colour and my eyeliner looked rough and unfinished. She also overlined my lips dark and filled them in with a nude colour. In the end I left looking like a disgusting brats doll. Incredibly unprofessional.

The staff couldnt have done any more to make my visit as enjoyable and relaxing through the refreshments and the most update HELLO!
