I don't think we ever cleaned back there besides using a regular hose and broom to sweep the floor (which after it being dried would look like we never touched it). We told them we would call them when we needed our office windows cleaned. We had commercial painters there and I was away from office. Spoke to one person who could hardly speak English and ask they keep the doors unlocked since I had to now come back because they arrived unscheduled. When I arrived the door was locked and I was locked out of my own building. Now I have to call locksmith. Our customer service rep was put off and snarky to my wife said we were on a quarterly service. I should of known that it doesn't take the smartest tool in the shed to clean windows. Find another vendor. These guys suck.
