We told them we would call them when we needed our office windows cleaned. We had commercial painters there and I was away from office. Spoke to one person who could hardly speak English and ask they keep the doors unlocked since I had to now come back because they arrived unscheduled. When I arrived the door was locked and I was locked out of my own building. Now I have to call locksmith. Our customer service rep was put off and snarky to my wife said we were on a quarterly service. I should of known that it doesn't take the smartest tool in the shed to clean windows.
