I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. Just yesterday, my check engine light came on again, and after running diagnostics, Ray explained that the system was detecting vapor from the refueling area and that I likely just needed to tighten my gas cap. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary work, but instead, he gave me the correct guidance--and didn't charge me a thing. He has even helped me with small things, like replacing the battery in my key fob, at no cost.
