This is a terrible company. Their customer service, on site service and billing are terrible. Their management is non responsive and they don't provide the supplies they bill you for. Avoid this company at all costs, they are horrible. The photos are the day after service. When shown the photos, they denied any wrong doing. read more

Aramark Uniform Services - Uniforms Near Me - Sacramento, California

See all

Terrible company. As the rest of the reviews state you get trapped in a contract, they don't service you every week, they don't get proper signatures on documents and their invoicing has been off on many occasions. Seems like their policy is to get you locked in and stuck. read more

This is a company that has no ethics. Please consult with an attorney and thoroughly go through their agreement. If you do business with this company the following WILL happen. 1. You will see rate increases within months of signing the agreement. 2. The person servicing your route will not show up on the day of service for no valid reason. 3. Your bill will keep increasing by an alarming percentage every few months. 4. They sneak a clause in the contract saying that the contract would renew automatically for another like term if you don't give them 60 day written notice. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Everyone from the district manager, general manager and higher ups have no moral or ethics. read more

The service is awesome! Makes my job more efficient and is wayyyyy affordable! Doesn't hurt to get a quote and compare. Might get a bang for your buck read more

I wanted to let Aramark know that Chris is Awesome!! He regularly stocks up out smocks, and first aid kits here at Calavo. He has been nothing but helpful and kind since I started here. I had made some requests and they were immediately filled. Even if I misunderstood something (because I am new) Chris took his time to make sure I understood. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he would find out right then and there! I have seen him train other employees to the specs and the needs of our company. We really appreciate him! Thank you, Chris!! 5 Stars well deserved! Keep up the good work! read more

This is the worst reviews business on Yelp. Each and every location seems worse than the other. Sure they have bogus contracts that they try to lock you into and then threaten legal action if you want to cancel and move on because you're unhappy or can no longer afford their services. But hey for a public ally traded company to be universally hated you've gotta give em props. 5 Stars!! read more

There most of the business depends on fake and fraud transactions. They add some fine prints in the contract and after signing a contract they will start you ripping. They never respond to your email phone call or letter. Avoid these pigs I was thinking that why the abusive language created, after dealing with this company now my opinion is that the abusive language needs more improvement for these kind of companies. read more

Avoid this company like the plague. When we first started with them, everyone would turn their uniforms in to be cleaned. Lost clothing became a habit with Aramark. Soon people stopped turning in their clothes, and started washing the uniforms themselves because they were afraid of being shorted. 5 years later, only 3 out of 40 people are utilizing Aramark's laundry service. What a great business model read more

Ridiculous service, shorted rags and paper towels and more every week and they always say they will bring more out...still waiting! We have 5 busy locations and we can't babysit this service any longer. It's your JOB to bring what is ordered, we can't micromanage your company too! The drivers don't have what is ordered on their trucks! Period. Multiple calls go unanswered and then billing is the same...paying full price for poor service! Drivers need to check in with the manager, drop off what is ordered and sign off...it doesn't happen! They scurry off because they don't have enough rags etc They don't follow through with the promise of coming back out to bring what they missed! read more

Rude terrible people who will try to force you into long contracts and run your rates up in the process. Would not recommend

The worst experience we have had for our towel service. Have requested a resolution for weeks and have been requesting a call or a visit by the delivery person to pick up weeks old towels and deliver fresh ones. If I could've given them -5 I would have. read more

Stay Far Far away. they try to charge you a cancel fee in the thousands of dollars even after you signed a contract 5 years ago, they have an auto renewal which should be illegal. That and their service is horrible. Uniforms damaged or lost in cleaning and they charge you for them. The shirts they provide you are old and used with wear marks or are paper thin and you have to babysit them and request replacements. read more

Horrible customer service. If you email or call they dont call you back, they dont email. If you want to end service they say it's not that simple and forget about asking to see some sort of contract they definitely wont show you that! Pushy men come in trying to sell you more stuff saying they're saving you money. Absolutely terrible company read more

Do yourself a favor and do not sign up with Aramark for any of their linen services without going to all available linen companies to receive quotes. It is my opinion after doing research that they charge higher rates than most all other companies. My staff and I constantly have issues with missing items and I have documented and communicated with them of the issues. They will then dispute the "usage" factor only to try and force you to buy more product. Also, you will not be able to accurately express your situation on a social platform without being threatened of a lawsuit. Be very careful. I am however at this time going to keep using Aramark as they have reduced their pricing without extension of contract in good faith. read more

If there was an option to select "no star," that's what this company (or this branch) should receive. They've lost my own lab coats, have not replaced them for several weeks. I ordered new rental lab coats from them and it took over 10 weeks to get a response only for them to say that they didn't have the lab coats that I wanted, so they deleted the order and never told me. Their branch managers and sales representative sell their products well and give good service--- up until you set up and account and the bills start coming in. As long as they get paid, it doesn't matter how good the service is. I have received dirty lab coats from them, ripped lab coats that were supposed to be a "new order." No one seems to care about the quality of support and service. I would leave this company in a heartbeat, except for there are no other companies like this around town. read more

Aramark drivers (your week-to-week contact person) are good to very good. Quality of uniforms are equal to competition. If you choose to have them be your provider, I would recommend that you read the contract very carefully. They will hold you to every single item in that contract and threaten you with a lawsuit. It is impossible to stop services or renegotiate terms. Standard is a 5 year contract with automatic increases. Currently, they are charging me twice the market rate. This includes a wonderful $26.95 per week "service fee", the market charges $9. Additionally, at the end of the contract they will charge me for "damage" to the uniforms my technicians have been wearing 26 times per year for 5 years. Uniforms wear out from my perspective. Not from Aramark's perspective. Please carefully read the contract, anything you sign with Aramark, they will enforce. threaten read more

Redemption failed!!! Eric Foss should be fired!!!! He has been running this company since 2012 and by all accounts according to Yelp reviews, cannot resolve customer issues. Billing continues to be a nightmare! Hopefully the Aramark board will see this message and action this horrible CEO and take action!!!! read more

I have been their Customer for over 5 years, I get Towels from them bi-weekly..Long time ago, over (2 years), I asked them that they want to discontinue to rent door mats that I used to get..They told me they can't just quit service, because Aramark hasn't made enough money yet from my account, and give it some time..So I asked for managers, etc, and I was told by their representative manager that they will discontinue Nars, but will only send me towels from then on .Well, it is my fault to not follow their charges to my bank account, so I found out today that they have been withdrawing money from my bank, not only for towels, but still for the door mats. I called them to help me, they said someone would call me about it, but they didn't..I am going full throttle for the small claims court, and going to my Local District Attorney to ask about my options of fraud charges against the guy at Aramark..They clearly ripped me off . read more

I use this uniform service and it is the worse expirence i have. Trying to have the pants we rent each week repaired like it states in our contract and they are never repaired. And getting hold of someone is such a hassel. read more

Really wish there was an option for a negative star. This company took our company to the cleaners and when we switched uniform services (which lowered our cost by half) Aramark screwed us royally. We ended up paying over 2 grand for uniforms that they considered damaged and unusable and after looking through these "battered garments" we found nothing wrong. We had a contract which they didn't honor, prices seemed to go up every month, uniforms weren't repaired when they should have been and after multiple phone calls and emails the Roseville area manager refused to let us speak with his boss and/or supervisor. They talk a good game when first meeting with you but a signed contractual agreement means NOTHING to them and they WILL make you pay a lot in the end. read more

Sacramento Aramark took us for granted and to the cleaners for the past six years. Aramark bought our old local vendor and then jacked up our prices by so much. I complained over the years to no avail. I feel stupid for not having called for other bids sooner. I just switch to another company which seriously lowered our prices by more than half and not just a promotional pricing either. I figured that I over paid Aramark by more than $80,000 over the past five years alone. That bites. If you have Aramark now, do yourself a favor and shop around for better pricing and service. read more

I am very upset with Aramark.... They handed me a paper that they said for me to sign that would lock the price rate in so as to not get the rate increase.....I complained about our rugs being dirty, my grandchildren play here in the office and get so dirty from the rugs... the uniforms my husband wears are stained and dirty....the rags we get are flithy and holes in them...I went and bought a brand new rug cleaner and we used it on the rugs we just got from Aramark ( to prove how dirty they were) and boy were they dirty the water was brownish black....I went to tell them I want to cancel my service and they said I was locked in a contract for another year and a half or i could pay 1,500.00 and pay for the uniforms....there is no way i was locked into a contract i knew nothing about...This person who told me in the beginning said it was so the rate would not go up....I was lied to....I don't want there services.....they are very rude and very poor service..... read more
