I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her. THAT is the ultimate compliment when a child feels how special you are. Thank you Sonia and your team!

Disclaimer - I don't know how they clean. They never came…read more I put a quote request out through Yelp and garden of eden responded. They were quick, communicative, pleasant, and their quote was competitive. An hour before they were supposed to arrive for the first visit of a recurrence I got a call saying I was out of their territory and they weren't coming. To be clear - not just couldn't commit to coming bi-weekly and having me as a customer - not showing up that day for the appointment they had confirmed. Evidently the person I was speaking to (Krystal) is NOT the same person saying their name is Krystal online. They all just call themselves Krystal, but fake-Krystal wasn't properly trained or supervised. I have to assume their cleaning is awesome to offset such inept management and customer service. Wishing them lots of luck.

If you hire them, I'd recommend you be around while they clean to make sure they do a good job. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there and I paid for it. Mirrors were left with toothpaste stains, cabinet knobs were sticky from previous owners still, showers still had hard water stains. When I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund or to come back, I was met with excuses and anger. By that time I did not feel comfortable to have them back in my home. Very disappointed. Don't let them trick you too. Distasteful comment by the owner below, however I am not surprised. I've posted pictures as proof of the poor job done by them. I will not allow someone who I paid a service for to blame me as the problem here. All of these pictures were sent to Jessica as well in October after the cleaning. I did not pay for a quick clean. I paid for a deep, move in clean for $800!! Does this look like I got what I paid for? I now use 5 Star Maids. Very affordable, pleasant and they get the job done RIGHT. I highly recommend Kleaner Image to anyone who is looking for someone to care about your home and comfort as much as you do. In addition to the things one expects, they pick up all of manthing's stray "just leave it, I'm gonna wear that again" clothes and fold them neatly on the bed, change sheets, wash dishes, and do things like roll the hand towels and fold little triangles into the toilet paper. The kitchen cabinets and stove-top are cleaner than they were when we moved in five years ago. Not only that, it smells fresh as a summer breeze when they are done - no worrisome chemicals. I don't know how they do it. I honestly could not do a better job myself. We value our privacy and I can be anxious and picky and Dawn and crew have an amazingly impressive way of being ridiculously thorough without it feeling at all intrusive. We have an odd schedule and Dawn has unending patience with finding times that are convenient for us. Dawn is always available when I try to reach her, always on time, she and her crew are beyond friendly, and my dog absolutely loves them.
