I asked my husband to buy me some items from company because it seem to have some discounted things, directly off their website and it turn out to be a bit of a scamas I soon came on to this conclusion :
Some items appear to be on sale however the products do not exist in that form, they do that to attract and encourage customers into buying other things as well. Surprise surprise the money of the items who wore discounted ( or on sale) get refunded into your account and you get sent the ones that are on full price.
I bet the people who run ArabianOud wore thinking this is a good marketing scheme but I personally do not like to deal with such dishonest companies.
I have emailed this company very politely, asking them to correct the mistake but they never reply back and "trigger items" still appear discounted always.
I went on by the big name and glory this company has and I put my trust in it but now on a closer look I see many irregularity with this website, for example there is no terms and conditions, refund policy, some things like that are required by law to be present, I don't know how they get away with it. The credit card has been cancelled, who knows maybe they sell the details to some other weird companies further.
Also on the website there are numerous grammatical mistakes, you would think that a company who makes and sell exceedingly expensive items like perfume could afford impeccable grammar but obviously not.
Then there is the fact that they sell some perfumes that they claim are pure, like some tempting Rose selections and Jasmine. I absolutely love and adore pure Rose oil and I know a few things about how to buy good quality pure rose oil. The Rose selection that ArabianOud.co.uk sells lacks data as in the method of extraction of the fragrance, this is very important because if it is extracted by solvents I will end up putting some nasty chemicals on my skin that can have serious allergic reactions. Their "pure" oils have no certification by any selling standards so they could be selling anything
Worst is that they did not even sent an email letting me know that the money have been refunded into the account. So much indifference!!
I had a wish list for more things I wanted to buy myself on pay day and I even wanted to visit the London shop but my trust has been completely shattered forever. read more
