I sent him pictures and what I needed, and he texted back the estimate. It was about what we thought it would cost, so we went with him. He came the following Monday to view it, measure and we gave him a deposit. He thought about a week and said he would call when finished. He called in 4 days and said he could install that day, and came in 20 minutes. The installation was quick, efficient and expertly done, and perfectly matched the other side. Sam provided me a quote over text and was able to come fix it within a day or two. Because I wasn't able to be at home, Sam took care of the fix without my even having to be there. I appreciated that he didn't cut corners- he saw that the break was just the tippy top of the decorative "spear" at a small joint and instead of just welding it back on, he replaced the entire decorative "spear" and welded it in a way that was indistinguishable from the other decorative "spears".
